Is the Church part of the new covenant

In Jeremiah 31:31-32 it is stated that God will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah. In verse 33 is " the house of Judah" included in the house of Israel?

We don't find the body of Christ(the church) mentioned until Paul reveals that it was kept a secret until God revealed it to him.

We find the 12 Apostles preaching the kingdom on earthy. It is later that Peter began to preach about the body of Christ rather than the kingdom. On the day of Pentecost Peter preached repent and be baptized for the remission of sins and not the Gospel that Christ paid the sin debt of all.

The Church being the body of Christ who is the only one that can add to it under the new covenant of grace, Ephesians 2:8, became known on the day of Pentecost where there were added about 3000 souls whom by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit and the teachings of Peter did Jesus add to the Church as even today, Acts Chapter 2.
