Finals are apon us. What is it that worries you the most about them? How do you study for them? For those who have Graduated, would you care to share your memories of your finals?

Yeah it's that time again, I just took my first one tonight. Basically I try to prepare the best way I can, and try to remember that it's not necessarily how much you study but what you study. I just try to make sure I cover the necessities and pay more attention to things that are more complicated and the stuff I'm comfortable with I brush over to keep it fresh. As far as being worried, I don't really worry about them anymore. I just focus on the task at hand, pray, and give it my all, that's all you can do.

This time of year is really something special as far as finals, I've had some really dramatic moments lol. Let's see, sophmore year of high school I had to get a 78 to pass Biology, and that was tough for me since I was basically failing the class the whole time. Not from lack of effort, just a rough semester. Turned out I made a 78 dead on. So giving it all I had and God helping me lol got me through that day. Tough times, but I guess that's another story for another day.

Another was my freshman year of college, I had to get a 78 again I think to pass Macroeconomics, and an 83 I think to get a B in Accounting. Turned out I got a 78 right on again, and passed the class, and I think I pulled out the B in accounting, not sure.

Another time was spring last year in Precalculus Algebra, I was having a rough time in that class as well, and I needed to pull out an A I think to get a B in the class. So I put my game face back on again, prayed and did my best, and I was pretty confident I got the job done since you could check your answers with a graphing calculator. Report card time came around, and I ended up with a C. I was a little hurt up after that one, I just felt like I had done everything I needed to do. But, a dramatic twist came a couple of days later, and I got a letter in the mail saying there was a mistake with my grade. Turns out there was an error, and I actually got the B after all. So I was praising God that day too, while a C isn't bad I really wanted that B, and I was able to do it after all. So that was special too.

So yeah, Christmas time has been clutch time on a few occasions lol, but now that it's the past I can look back on it with a smile.

I am concerned about finals but I never worry about them. I never worry because worry only makes me freak out and that could make me do poorly on them.

I'm almost finished with my final paper in English and I think I'm going to do really well. I've had some HONEST peers read it and they loved it. They're the type that will tell me if it sucks too.

And I have my finals in PSY next week, but I feel good about it too. My grades have really come up in that class and I'm finally learning how to study.

I'm so looking forward to a break.

Ugh 16 pages worth of papers ~200 pages worth of reading to do for those 16 pages due on monday(six pages) and tuesday (10 page paper).

An exam tomorrow. And then 3 finals next week.
