i posted a search for what he asked about - gmo toxins in the food. anyone can read about them and see what's going on.
that is good and easy (to search) and convenient. so they can read it if they want to =--
i did a simple search to show how easy it is
and so that anyone can search and read what they want to once they see it --- not something that i want them to read but
what they want to read themselves apart from me and my statements --- so they can't say that i picked and chose what they should read so that it agrees with me ..... the search is unedited, btw,
and everyone who wants to know the truth should likewise do their own searches/ research, and not rely on mine or anyone elses.

"figure" ? ..... point is , Yhwh made all things good, perfect, working right, and that includes man's body.

man has corrupted all things so much, > spiritual, mental, physical < since sin has had a say so, that confusion is "normal" in the world, and even in too many chruches, for a long , long, long, long ,long time now.

but the simple things, the true things, as Yhwh created and reveals, are (obviously?) still good !!!!! refreshing !!!!! ALIVE-ING !!!!!!!

so to find out what Yhwh wants, how Yhwh wants to make us fully alive (if that's what He wants, and I'm pretty sure it is)
it helps as He allows, to find out what makes the body work / 'tic' / go / grow / heal / what sustains the body naturally Yhwh's Way .

as it was in the beginning, .............................................. it is not now. so much is corrupted, beyond description.

Yhwh be praised, He is not weak nor gone nor unable to help, no. Yhwh takes an active role in healing HIS body on earth.

everyone who seeks Him finds Him; some know this promise of His.

not everyone who finds Him gets well. not while still on this planet earth. this too is true. Yhwh knows this too(no surprise there,eh?).

this planet earth is not a friendly environment for followers of Jesus. many peoples seek our lives daily. not just to exterminate the followers of Jesus, but to incapacitate as many as possible just like in some arenas of earthly warfare - a wounded soldier requires several others to take care of him, thus instead of killing one, he may be wounded on purpose instead to tie more soldiers up.

it is important for Yhwh's people to learn to get together and work together unselfishly.

But the "church" (I chose quotes carefully) has become so worldly in their beliefs that health advice doesn't sound any different than worldly men who are lost and proud in their explanations of things. But even though I know from personal experience they are of life and not death. Do you have a scripture where Jesus discusses vitamins. I wasn't aware of that.

"worthless books" is what most people are given in school , medical school, politics, science, electicity texts, and so on. every area of life is full of "worhtless books".
the true good ones are rare like nuggets of gold, and some are still available. and all are in line with God's Plan and His Word. (all the good ones). (the other "worthless books" are all in line with the world system, and full of traps and lies)

Yes, you will discover as God opens the Scripture that His Plan includes the well-being of His people. And just as the rain falls on the just and on the unjust, and the sunshine is on the righteous and on the unrighteous, so to if the unrighteous do what God says they benefit immeasurably in their health. (they don't have to even know of the health benefits or anything at all to receive them - it just happens as they obey God's natural laws(or directions, if you prefer) as He said all along)....

There's no quick read, no fast track to learning the truth from the worthless ones - - it takes months and years and decades (in stages),
because as you said there have been so many years of trash and worthless instruction (like in most churches concerning health).

The journey, the truth, is always worth it - every one should seek the truth, pay the price, no matter what; otherwise, they are never set free.

And any book by Maureen Salaman. or Max Gerson,Md. , or Carey Reams (mostly unavailable), or the Diamonds("Fit for Life" 1,2,and 3).

When I say worthless books let me clarify on that. I am talking weird science books on "antigravity" or "crystal energy" or paranormal phenomena. Whats interesting about such books is the authors speak in riddles. And I would just read and read some pages over and over trying to discern the meaning. to me personally it always comes down to a belief the author believes in, and I can never truly never understand. The bible warns you of such doctrines. And God is not the author of confusion. There is good books out there. With positive knowledge that can be applied to life. The thing is though, since I read the bible, I don't do as much worldly research anymore. But I haven't read the weird stuff since my teens. I gave up on all that anyway, but I still didn't have God. At least not the proper way the bible teaches. So many years of reading that stuff formed my mind the way it is. I'm a high level thinker. I analyze things. Is it wrong to be such? An engineer, an architect. Noah built the ark, Moses the tabernacle, Solomon the temple, Jesus's Earth father was a carpenter, and Jesus was infinitely smarter than Solomon so he had to be a high level thinker. I don't mean to offend anyone if I ever come off as pushy or aggressive. I think I'm giving Reba a headache. But I'm learning many things about the faith that I didn't really get just from reading the bible. I don't go to a church, other then reading the bible myself, its mostly people on the internet that is my fellowship. I can go to a church but I notice what you referred to as "christondem" in another thread. I have been noticing that since I was a little boy. And only lately can I really recognize that. That sub culture of christianity. I just never had a word for it, or concept of it.

the most dangerous books are all the "other (than) true" "other than Jesus" i.e. "another GOSPEL" than the one once delivered. - multitudes have fallen for the widespread deceptions, and multitudes will never 'recover'. (i.e. read Revelation soon, first 3 chapters and last 3 chapters especially; the number of people dying already judge dead in their sin is practically astronomical , not at all mediocre nor laize faire(not at all hands off or unimportant, especially as pertaining to people we meet everyday and live around us).

Bible tells us all enough to be healthy. Man corrupts it all and results in all the plagues all around us. So much more than just "for lack of knowledge(Yhwh's knowledge and experiential living with Him) My people perish.(not just people of the world but astonishingly "My people".
Man and mankind is pernicious. (death dealing) .
Recovery is Simple(**). (Jesus). Yhwh's Way. Yhwh's Truth. Yhwh's Decree.

I'm starting to see stand up comedians as the opposite of a preacher. There is a man standing before an audience in both cases preaching. One is preaching the bible and he and the audience are serious. The other is telling lies and he and the audience are laughing at it. In both cases you have the central focus of the audience on the one speaking. There is not really any interaction other than the audience listening. Occasionally the comedian looks at a member of the audience and heckles him. Occasionally a preacher looks out into the congregation and mentions a member of the community.
