We are certainly ever learning. Last Saturday we were riding our four-wheelers (ATV's) and I rolled mine going down a steep hill. Only got some cuts on my right arm and left leg and bruised my pelvis and a rib, but learned a valuable lesson. There were a couple other hills before that and I asked Jesus to help me get down them and had no problem even though they were a little scary. This last hill when I rolled and fell off and I was laying on the ground evaluating myself to make sure I was alright I asked Jesus why He didn't help me like He did with the other hills. Jesus said He was with me the whole time, but my actions were my own decision. How true this is so never blame God for the stupid things you choose to do.
The lesson is that before acting on anything think about what the consequences of our actions will bring forth in our life.
BTW, always wear a helmet when riding as mine saved me from a serious head injury as there is a 2 inch gouge in it plus a lot of scrape marks.
