Also called red light therapy (when red is used); sometimes other colors like blue, green, yellow are used. I recently took notice of this upon reading some articles on very positive results for Traumatic Brain Injury victims (the light actually passes through the skin and skullbone to the brain cells). Also treats a wide number of other medical issues, including skin disorders, fibromyagia, acne, hair loss, and more.

I have already validated this technique at a basic level using first a handheld flashlight with color LEDS, and this past week with a 38-LED socket bulb. It has speeded healing to a couple skin lesions. I think pain has been less, though it's way too early to discount normal fluctuations.

I'm encouraged enough to have ordered 3 12x12" LED panels (2 red and 1 blue), which I will suspend over my computer desk for extended healing sessions.

Anyone with any knowledge/experience with this therapy at all?

Not officially, but I've done reading on the subject and think there's something to it. I came to the conclusion that light therapy, is behind color therapy, foundational perhaps.

They say, meditating outdoors is theraputic. I think that's tied to sunshine, and the colors of nature (blue sky, green trees, colored flowers, etc..)

Why do you think girls like flowers in the house? All they know is it makes them feel good. The ambience. It's real. Why do animals like sitting in the sun? It supports life.

At the core, I *think* that everything might be made from light...:chin

I heard that scientists are now wondering if our blood is made from congealed light...:confused2 :yes

The only time I encountered light therapy was my wife got bell palsy and regular doc could not do anything when to chiro
he used heat lamp 4 hours two days in a row and she was fine

Wow, so the light healed the facial nerve. Very encouraging.
