They worship themselves and get others to worship them also... how is that Christian?

I guess they are talking divorce now. It makes me really sad, especially for their children.
I am praying that God restores their marriage and gives them both peace. Please pray with me that things will work about. They are both Christians.

{I don't know if we usually talk about celebrities in this forum, but I've been listening to Mariah Carey since I was 8 years old. I really love her as an artist and a person. She has been through so much.}

Im one that believes a christian does not show as much skin in public as she does. I have a hard time believing her.

You see, women dress the way they do to exert their power. Even their speech adds to their control, and they all know how and seem to practice it. I wonder if 1 Cor 11:5 addresses this. But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven. Do women in your church assembly wear veils? Oh my.

I think we got 10-20 yrs before ISIS becomes neighbours. I dont hold with burkas being forced on women.
I wouldn't be offended if women wore a scarf if only for their praying. When one reads 1 Cor 11:5 and then 11 Tim 3: 16
they may. Or they can be enticed by the glamor of not covering that is of this world.
