I personally think he's GUILTY, but due to his "fame", I think the jury will say he's innocent.

IF they do say he's guilty, I think he'll kill himself before going to jail. Can you picture him in jail? That man wouldn't survive a day in there! Or else he'd become dehydrated every day or have back pain and end up in the hospital. Can't people see that he's doing all of this for ATTENTION?!
 
I believe that he is guilty. However, I'm not sure what the jury will say, if they fine him innocent and he is really guilty. I really feel sorry for the little boys out there, because no one will ever believe any of them, unless they have video of him molesting them.
There will be no stopping him. :-? I was just listening to an interview where he said if he was told that he could not see little kids anymore he would kill himself. :o
People say he likes little kids, but that statement is wrong, he just likes little boys between the ages of 5 and 12. Not little girls.

I saw a 2 hour documentary about Jackson on VH1, this guy is a mess. I think he is guilty based on the evidence against him.

I too believe he's guilty. You know what else strikes me as odd? How his family has been there during the court sessions. Didn't Michael himself say that his dad molested and beat him? WHY is his dad there now? :-?

And that's true about the girls. You never see him with little girls except very rarely his own daughter. Although, all he does with her is hang her over balconies. :-?

I agree. I hope that I'm wrong and he'll be found guilty, but I just don't see it happening.
 
I think he is guilty in general of molesting boys, but innocent in this specific case. My brother has been watching the re-enactment of the trial---the accuser's family has a history full of celebrity explotation and court claims that have not held up. The family of the accuser have all been caught making conflcting and false sounding statements in court, and the timing of the alleged molestation--after the Bashir documentary aired, is rather suspicious. I think the only charge he is guilty of, and will likely be convicted, is giving alcohol to a minor.
 
What a weird guy... :-? ....I'm sorry, innocent or not, you can't just go around and do things like that. Even if he is innocent, he pretty much set himself up if you ask me. I think Jackson is either very very melicious or just very very weird.
 
I believe he is innocent until proven guilty.

The fact of the matter is we don't have all the facts and I highly doubt the media will provide them even if they have them. Hopefully the jury will have all the relevant facts and make a proper decision.

I will not make a judgment call on another because he is different or if he is considered "weird". Look how Christians are judged because of their stance on issues such as stem cell research, abortion and homosexuality (to name a few).
 
Yeah, I see your point. :-? Anyone could be trying to cash in on Jackson. But if it were me in that situation, I don't think I'd stand a chance. He's pleabargained in the past, I'd be very suspicious. And celebraty trials are always difficult, because there is almost no way to reach an unbiased opinion. This is a very slippery circumstance if you ask me. 8-)

I think that there is reasonable doubt in this case. But he definitely has a history. Based on the testimony of the Jackson five (five children who testified), there is enough evidence to convict him in another case.
 
Guilty! He's gotta be.. some people may think he's innocent n all, but hes not. Its like the humpty dumpty case, some people think that he fell off the wall... but he wasnt. Humpty Dumpty was PUSHED!
 
Personally, I think the jury will exonerate the big girl, because they may be awed by the celebrity business.

They SHOULD find him guilty, because this crap has been going on for too long and he has gotten away with it for too long.

For those who are interested, there are three excellent books on the subject: Michael Jackson the Unauthorised Biography; All That Glitters; and, Michael Jackson was my Lover, which was written by the first boy who received 15 mil. Photos and everything.
