If so, my thumbs up was only to say I was looking into it but I am not satisfied with it. It doesn't have a Bible verse copy frame that I am happy with for example. It looks like cut-n-paste each verse. :thumbsup invert this guy to two thumbs down.
Sorry.
You just highlight all the verses, then select the way you want to copy them. It's not copy and paste each verse. For example.

Luk 10:18-20
(18) And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.
(19) Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
(20) Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.

And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven. Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.
(Luk 10:18-20)

I'm relatively new to E-Sword myself, so this has been great for me to learn new things about how to use it! :)

One feature I like is the ability to keep notes without having to write things down. Notes according to topics I create. On the e-sword forums many miss where the "new" topic button is. It's not really labeled very well. You can link scriptures in there, share topics with others and take notes doing your own study. There is a drop down menu that will display all the topics you created.

As I said, I had Logos, and biblesoft. E-Sword by far beats both of them. In speed and the ability to access Greek and Hebrew quickly.

Here are a clip on my notes about being led, and what is not God leading.

Hi,
I love it here, but I find it increasingly frustrating having to edit the spacing between lines and sometimes between words when pasting Bible quotes here from Logos Bible software (a very commonly used software).

Example:

1 John 2:1–18 (NASB95)

1My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous;

2and He Himself is the propitiation for our sins; and not for ours only, but also for those of the whole world.

3By this we know that we have come to know Him, if we keep His commandments.

4The one who says, “I have come to know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him;

5but whoever keeps His word, in him the love of God has truly been perfected. By this we know that we are in Him:

6the one who says he abides in Him ought himself to walk in the same manner as He walked.

I have to "tighten" the spacing between lines every time, and often words will runtogetherlikethis...

Thanks!!!!
When I right-click in the body field of a post I can choose to "paste" or "paste as plain text." If you have that option, you could try pasting as plain text so it doesn't include any formatting.

WIP,
You cool! I have that option, even in Linux, and I did not think of that one.

Logos is a nightmare for Mac users to copy and paste. The Default is MSWord 2013 Format.

This has been mentioned several times.

In Logos.......... File/options/advanced There should be an option to remove the formatting.

The other thing about Logos, is that certain bibles don't adhere to the same code standard. Lot's of post having issues with copy and pasting from certain bibles or works.

So the Words "Not Commit Murder" Must have some special characters for the NASB95. Change the output to plain text.

E-Sword......................................... NASB95 Paste just fine. Formatting off.
"You have heard that the ancients were told, 'YOU SHALL NOT COMMIT MURDER' and 'Whoever commits murder shall be liable to the court.'
(Mat 5:21)

What does that scripture look like after you place it in a plain text document? It's possible that it's just the NASB95 bible module. Is there any extra spaces or strange looking code?

Be blessed.
