Judge Dredd
Jack Sparrow (Pirates series of movies)
Jane Eyre

Handy, you know of The Breaker? One of the greatest travesties of justice in history which predated the "colonial bosses" sending thousands of Aussies and Kiwis to their slaughter at Gallipoli!

Paul: I think it was Churchill that was keen on the Gallipoli expedition, wasn't it?

(Even in World War Two, he still wanted to do something similar: land on the Mediterranean coast and attack the Axis's southern flank, rather than prefer the Normandy Landings, but Roosevelt overruled him.)

Paul... the movie with Edward Woodward and Bryon Brown was really quite the movie... haven't seen it in years and years, but it was a good movie. The true story of Harry Morant though... almost too frustrating to comprehend.

Handy, since the movie was released (I think about 10 years later) FOI act meant original documents could be released from Great Britain, they indeed showed Lord kitchener and other higher up officials had given the "NO prisoners" order which the Bushveldt Carboneers followed. It's just another example of the rich and powerful of Britain sending the "lowly" to do the dirty work.

Apologies to Gordon for derailing the thread.

Katharina (Taming of the Shrew, specifically the 1967 movie with Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton)

Private Kelly (Kelly's Heroes)

Kip (Napoleon Dynomite - one of my favs)

Opps! Little behind the times....

Onwards to L

Lilli Schmidt (Darling Lili)

Lestrade (pick your favorite Holms film... I love the Jeremy Britt ones)

Surely Liz starred in something as herself! How can we ban Liz?!
