I figured that I started a thread about the different sports we were into, I'd start one more interesting one about sharing any fascinating hobbies that we might have. I'll start by saying that I take Yoga, and I find that it's very relaxing and has improved my balance and cordination. I also take Zumba, which is sort of a dance/exercise class.

Hakoona matada to you!

Just kidding,im thinking of taking Akaido but at 42 I'm speculative about it, I was thinking of trying yoga maybe I'll start there.

LOL I know that I really enjoy Yoga, and I forgot to mention that I also enjoy writing in my spare time and I write a variety of stories, songs, and poems which is why I suggested a creativity category on here.

I like lifting weights, shooting basketball, and riding bike.

I been riding bike every day for 30 yr until my bike got stolen recently now I do a lot of walking.

I'm 59 and I'm thinking of taking Aikido also. The only think stopping me is the fact that I am currently studying another martial art, Filipino Kali (also called escrima). I have a friend who is a little older than me, and he just started Aikido a couple years ago. Neither of us is new to martial arts in general, but still.

It depends on who teaches aikido.

I am a sho Dan in fukakakai aikido.I quit when I released that we weren't moving into application of the kata drills.it.was more of zen expression then a real art.
