It has been a part of my weekly routine to do some laps over the upper Tampa Bay trail during weekends to keep a fit body and a healthy lifestyle. I usually bring along my favorite companion which is a 5-years old Labrador. It's quite amusing to see other people pass by with their dogs along while escaping the congested city life. I actually use a retractable leash to easily control the movement of Elliot and for safety purposes although he hasn’t hurt anyone. Now I am wondering, am I the only one who enjoys having a dog as my running companion?

I actually want to have a Husky at home, but my cousin tells me that such type of dog has a bad howling behavior, which I find creepy.
