Well, I’ve reached another 1000 posts. This has probably been the toughest 1000 to collect since I joined this board. This summer was really rough on me because it was my first summer away from home and I hadn’t really known too many people in my new church here in Georgia.

On verse has grown on me in particular as I’ve been working down here in Georgia.
That verse is now in my signature, Jeremiah 20:9

Jeremiah 20:9 Then I said, I will not make mention of him, nor speak any more in his name. But his word was in mine heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I was weary with forbearing, and I could not stay.

Even as my spirit has been growing weak at times this summer, something in me kept burning. God’s words are burning in me. I want to tell his truth to all who will hear. There have been some days when I’ve wanted to say, “Today I’m gonna take a break.†but the Passion to spread the good news has overcome that desire.

Thank you Tim for sharing your testimony :smt050 . I know how you feel and I believe we have all at one time or another felt tire and weak but it is in His strength that keeps us going.
