Please pray for my youngest son, D. Tonight he messaged me that he believes he has a problem with alcohol. I referred him to a Christian addiction program, Celebrate Recovery (I have personal experience with this, so no bashing please). It took me easily an hour to try to convince him to go, as he has moved very far from God. He agreed to go for 4 weeks...pray that the Lord touches him during that 4 weeks and he turns from his addictions back to the Lord.

Will pray that God will deliver you son from the alcohol addiction.

It was good of him to admit his problem to you, so he is willing. Also it is good that he now knows that he cannot fix it himself and that he needs help. That is the best we can do, the rest is up to him and his relationship with God. I am praying that your son will develop a close relationship with God and His Son, from now on for eternity.
