Colton was 3 when this supposedly happened. He's now 14 and his story is still evolving. It's growing.

He didn't die but his spirit went to heaven.

I just don't believe it.

It's a scam.
.

I'm not disagreeing with you Gary. I have read the book. But where did you see something else that caused you to see the story as growing? I'd like to investigate that myself.

I don't believe that satan has this kind of power.
2 Corinthians 11:14-15 And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works.
Satan does not have the power but he sure does have the ability to deceive and it is dangerous to think he does not.Satan would sure want you to believe that.

I am not an advocate of NDE.You have to be very careful that Satan is not coming off as that light.

That is in fact my greatest concern on this. Satan is the master illusionist (i.e. liar). But he does not appear as the hideous demon he is, but as something good and beautiful. Otherwise no-one would be fooled.

Such is my dilemna concerning NDEs. I've in fact noticed a very obvious polarization. Two broad categories: the New Age NDE, in which there's heaven but no hell (or a hell you can leave), no sin and judgment but continuous soul progression through numerous reincarnations (but karma's still a bitch for bad actions). Then an afterlife startling close to the Biblical cosmology, with a heaven and a sulphur-and-brimstone hell, with demons and torment much worse than human imagination can comprehend. There's even two versions of Jesus, the non-judgmental NDE Jesus, and the loving but strictly just and judgmental Jesus, the Jesus of the Bible. Why such a stark dichotomy? Are they as mutually exclusive as they seem, or can they both have their part in the universe contradictory as they are (e.g. multiple dimensions or timelines)?

Of course there's the other distinction, that is positive vs. hellish/negative experiences. The hellish NDEs are horrific and possibly vastly under-reported due to shame on the part of experiencer. The heavenly NDE describes a vast beautiful city of light and gold, unconditional love, and the sense that everyone there is preparing for something extraordinary about to happen.

How to sort through this all...

Thanks for the link, Gary. :)

John 3:16
Please understand this passage

Romans 9

13 As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.

14 What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? God forbid.

15 For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.

16 So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.

17 For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth.

18 Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth.

19 Thou wilt say then unto me, Why doth he yet find fault? For who hath resisted his will?

20 Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus?

21 Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?

22 What if God, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction:

What do you mean by closen? How does one become chosen?

There was an author and he gave life to a novel in the novel there where two man characters. The name of one was Jacob and the name of the other was Esau

Jacob was good and Esau was evil but t was the author who chosed who would be good and evil.

The same as it was In this parable so it is with god

If a man believes on The Lord Jesus Christ to the point where he sets his heart to do all of his will and he does his commands

Do you think he saved his self? I tell you no but he was chosen

Now if a man says he believes in Jesus but he does not deliver the fatherless and show mercy to the poor and do righteousness but he says god chose me I'm the son of prophets is he chosen?
He says he believes but his actions does not say what his mouth says.

For if a man believes he is in love and he found the women of his life surely he will marry.
If a women believes she is barren she will go to the doctor to see her cause if it is true or not.

The same as it is with Christ For if a man believes on Christ his works will justify him

But if he believes it was not his own will that caused it but it was the will of god
Like l the author who says this character will be this type of man and this character will be this type of women

The same power an author has over his creations
Is the same power Christ has over his creations

Time and chance happens to all because man does not know his time neither nor do he knows his portion but they who seek The Lord understands all things

There is no such thing as coincidence
