Have you gone to "alert preferences"? (I have no idea what you have and haven't tried.)

    Same thing with me. :hips

It started with my old desktop while I was still in Colorado. Double-checked alert preferences, reset them...still nothing. Figured it was my crappy desktop.

My desktop died, figured it would be ok on my smart phone (lol) since it was a different device. Nope. It notified me about three times IIRC, then no more.

Moved to ohio, got a tablet pretty quick, reset preferences...it's gotta work now...not even once! :wall

So it isn't the device. I'd say it had to be the site all things considered...if it wasn't for one thing...I have the same problem with BibleGateway.com
I've tried & tried (and tried) to sign up for the reading program. Nada one notification came through.

So now I'm thinking, spiritual attack?

I get plenty of notifications from different types of sites, just not Christian related sites. Argh, grr, Grr, dang it!! :wall

I've found ways to deal with it but it'd be nice if I didn't have to go the long way...

when I sign on im on front page I see no notifications i look on right side of page I see thread names that have been posted in I see a thread I posted in say two days ago I open it and I see 20 post I was not notified about I also can see at top right I am watching this thread which means I should be notified of a post. I have several threads that do not notify me and I have several that do some I post in some i just marked watch and read have not posted in. either way once in a thread wheather I post or mark watch I should get notifications on all not just some.

well I only use my computer. It does not happen on two other forums I have joined so I am thinking ( i could be wrong ) it has something to do her simply because it is the only place it happens and some threads notify for the first two or three pages then stop, some i only watch and read some I post in but all are marked watch. there may be an answer some where just thought I would put this out and see.

So you get notifications on some threads but not others? On a thread, you will be notified only of the first unread post, or when your post is quoted or liked (if you have it set to that). But if it isn't even doing that sounds like a technical issue.

Hey now, I do keep on clicking the mouse. Click click click click click click.

I'm 'posed to click it, right? I do click it and instead of it sending me notifications, it keeps on sending me to a thread somewhere...??

Dear Brother Roro1972, try going to your name and clicking on, scroll down to preferences and select email notices of replies.

Dear Brother Brother Roro1972, Administrator Eora is working on double verification of passwords for staff, but it has not taken effect upon my logins as yet, and I do not believe it is to affect other members. The only thing I can envision in this is that somehow you're not checking the "Stay logged in" box below. I just logged out, had to log back in and didn't experience any such problem. :shrug

Ok, still to day I was not notified notified of post in study of Matthew, so I unwatched it and when I re clicked to watch it I clicked with emails before I did not have "with emails" so that may have been causing the problem Ill watch a few days and see.
