'I was told that the eternal life thread posts I made were deleted because the question of what is eternal life was wrong. And my comments were removed.
  1. Your post in the thread Eternal life - What is this? was deleted. Reason: I'm deleting this post as it is off topic. The topic of this thread is the definition of eternal salvation. It is not when does one get it or does one have it. WIP

  2. Your post in the thread Eternal life - What is this? was deleted. Reason: I'm deleting this post because it is off topic and I'm trying to clean up the discussion and get it back on topic. The topic is, what is eternal life and is not when does one get it or does one have it. Hope that helps. WIP

Then I was banned from the thread, "Tired of the OSAS debate" because as any Christian knows eternal salvation isn't debatable.

This site bans you from a thread for talking about scriptural matters as pertains to eternal life which is inextricably linked with eternal salvation.
All new rules with a new Admin. This site isn't a Christian forum anymore. Notice? They're telling you the Oneness slogan before is no longer applicable. One people. One Gospel, etc...
All due to a new owner.

What's next? Forbidden to talk about immersion Baptism? Will it be mandated we use the lower case "c" when spelling Christ, Christian, Christianity? Like the atheists do?

Because Christ isn't a proper noun?

CF.NET is no longer a Biblical site.

Greg has owned this site for over 10 years.

I'm not an osas type but the limits is because both sides seem to rather post vitriol, then discuss.

They don't like it because everybody starts arguing with each other so much to the point that they are now prohibiting the talk of eternal salvation.

Hey maplegoat, no offense or anything I am just as upset about this as you are, but this really should be in the talk with the staff forum. Just a little informative advice because this thread might get closed or deleted as well since it is against to the terms of service. Sorry, please don't get mad at me. I'm only trying to help because I really don't want you to get in trouble.

So much has been said about why we're taking a break from the OSAS threads. They get heated. It's temporary. Just taking a cooling off period. Then we ask people to refrain from the discussions and when they ignore the staff request, we have to take actions. Even this thread is a blatant attack on the site staff. So here we are again. Instead of asking for clarity, someone has decided to attack the site and the staff and the owner.

But here's the sad part: Instead of honoring the request of staff (in a Christ like way) several people have challenged the decision openly and not only attacked the staff, but stated falsehoods - many of them. It's sad when someone is upset at things that aren't even true.

Now I will close that Eternal life thread and this one. I leave it up for now so others can read how silly things can get when people spout off without any facts.
