In Naples, Italy, they go to MacDonalds and laugh at the fake food.
But Naples also has the real pizza, the kind the best places in America try to compete with.
But that pizza changes as you go around the country.

What year are you talking about?
Not now.
Kids and young families love McDonald's.
There's one even one block away from the Opera Theater in Paris. I know Paris isn't in Italy OK!
If Naples has good pizza, I might have to make a trip. I was there 3 years ago and I can't remember this.
Maybe they just don't know how to make it here?
Could some Napoletano come and teach a Toscano how to make good pizza?

My wife said she is looking forward to teaching you some good Nepolitan food, ho[ping you can teach her some Tuscan food.
 
the very best Pizza ever made was made at a stone over at a sidewalk stand next to the gate at our Kassern in Frankfurt by a Sicilian man. That was 1964 and 5.
 
When he began laying the stone everybody watched him very closely because the Russians were always trying something. But he built, with a permit, an oven about three foot by four foot and he fired it with wood. It was absolutely the best I ever ate, anywhere and I love one thing about New York and that is their Pizza but the little man beat them hands down.
