yeah...we all seem to be on the same page. i just think its very easy for friction to develop on online forums, in large part because all anybody has to go on are typed responses.

Yes we are on the same page. Sometimes I run around the bush a little bit before I get to where I need to be, :thud:biggrin2

I avoid friction as I run from all the drama, don't want it, don't need it, has no place in my life

My question wasn't for the purpose of challenging or criticizing. When you used the word "need" I didn't think it was quite what you had intended so I asked my question in order to clarify. I don't believe God needs anything from us but we clearly need Him.

I know it wasn't WIP and I did not take it that way. It's all good :hugand I agree that God does not need anything from us other than to love others as He loves us.

Yep. I agree too. We need to go deeper into the Love of God. Deeper into fellowship. Servant of God has a side which seems like a lack of really understanding. Sure it is the way many related to God in the old. And some might still have that mentality. Specially when you come to God out of your sins.

Luk 15:16 And he would fain have filled his belly with the husks that the swine did eat: and no man gave unto him.
Luk 15:17 And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father's have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!
Luk 15:18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee,
Luk 15:19 And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants.
Luk 15:20 And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.
Luk 15:21 And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight, and am no more worthy to be called thy son.
Luk 15:22 But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet:

God created Children for Himself.
http://christianforums.net/Fellowship/index.php?threads/born-again.68720/

That made us brothers and sisters of one Father.

But there is more to it.

We grow up as a Child of God. A godly being. Being of the same nature. 100% Godly.
And then we reach the fullness of God.

Eph 4:13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

And then?

We can be companion.

And then the Family can be complete.

God's children has a Mother now too.

Isa 60:4 Lift up thine eyes round about, and see: all they gather themselves together, they come to thee: thy sons shall come from far, and thy daughters shall be nursed at thy side.
Isa 60:5 Then thou shalt see, and flow together, and thine heart shall fear, and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be converted unto thee, the forces of the Gentiles shall come unto thee.

And this is actually what this thread is about.

Some are already changing.

And some struggle.
