Plans not working out?

What do you all get out of this passage?

When reading this I get that we don't have steady plans and the lord does. When I looked into a translation I found The Lord foils the plans of the nations;
he thwarts the purposes of the peoples. But the plans of the Lord stand firm forever,
the purposes of his heart through all generations. (Psalm 33:10, 11 NIV)

So through this it is fully understood that If we are steadfast in our faith with god he will always be there, and always is there, his plans intact.

What do you all get out of this passage?

Our plans are worth diddly squat of they don't line up with God's because God's plans are VERY thought out and VERY long term and ours just aren't no matter how smart we think we are. Also that God can mess up our plans but we can't mess his up.
