I need a website that will allow me to register for a free DOMAIN (not subdomain). It must be 100% FREE.
 
You would have to search Google or MSN for something like that. I seriously doubt that you will find what you are looking for.

FREE DOMAINS dont excist anymore. Before there was namezero.com but they started charging after 6 months. So! now you can get a domain for $7.99 from ChristLab.net Web Hosting if your interested feel free to email me or messege me on aim or yahoo messenger.

100% sure you wont find a free domain.
