How long did our Lord minister in life?


The second question is realted; Was the work of the cross powerful enough to render the bloody animal sacrfices obselete?

Hitch, I'm sorry, but I give up. To have question after question replied to with a question is something I'm not going into. Luke 3:23 says "And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age, and His entrance into Jerusalem riding an ass was at the end of 483 years, and He was cut off.

And now we all understand how important it is for you to not say Jesus served 3 1/2 years.:shocked!

In your position I wouldnt answer these questions either.

Yeshua's ministry was less then a year and a half, the 3-4 year ministry theory is base don misinterpreting John's Gospel and forgeting it's not chronological, the Passover of the 2nd part of John 2 is the same as the Crucifixion as the Synoptics make clear.
 
I have a little bit different view of the rapture, it's neither pre trib nor post trib. I believe the rapture is when christians around the world are martyred for their faith until there aren't any left on earth. Then when the salt is gone from the earth, the end will come. So not really before, after, or in the tribulation, what do you think of this interpretation?

At the height of every historical persecution of the church, the church actually grew in numbers. Hence, you will have a hard time eliminating every Christian by the very process that has historically created them.

Its contrary to Christ's parables teaching slow growth of the kingdom insight of the enemy.
 
Jesus Christ will return on the "last day" after the tribulation.

John 6:39
And this is the will of him who sent me, that I should lose nothing of all that he has given me, but raise it up on the last day.

John 6:40
For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who looks on the Son and believes in him should have eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day.

John 6:44
No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him. And I will raise him up on the last day.

John 6:54
Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day.

John 11:24
Martha said to him, “I know that he will rise again in the resurrection on the last day.â€

The one who rejects me and does not receive my words has a judge; the word that I have spoken will judge him on the last day.
 
Revelation 13;5 tells us the antichrist will have dominion for 42 months, this is when how long I believe the great tribulation will be.

There are two beasts in Rev 13 each of whom some of God's People accept instead of the true Christ. Thus each beast is, for those deceived, an 'antichrist'. However, there is no single universal Antichrist.
 
Actually if I am reading it right there are 3 beast in the first 10 verses. The 7 headed 10 horned beast which believe is the one world government, the dragon which is satan, and the beast which i believe is the antichrist.

While I understand how you might see the dragon/satan as beastly, in the context of Rev 13 it/he is not a beast; at least not in the same aspects as the other two entities, which is why only the other two entities are identified as "beasts".

being a jew does not make you saved read Philippians 3
