Resting place of the Prophets of God

What do Christian archaeologists and exegesis's say the blessed Prophets(pbuh) are? Do you have any information or pictures?

There is a supposed grave site for the prophet Samuel in Nebi Samwil, although it is thought to be incorrectly located (it was set up in the middle ages), but I was just reading an article on it two weeks ago in my Biblical Archaeology Review Magazine which discusses all the archaeological finds at modern Nebi Samwil (name derived from Hebrew: Nevi Samu'el "The Prophet Samuel") which the article argued was the location of ancient Mizpah, the city where Samuel ruled as Judge of Israel for many years - but Samuel (If I remember correctly) was not buried in the city where he ruled, but somewhere else, which is why they say Nebi Samwil was probably not where he was buried (if it is indeed the Biblical Mizpah), although it was probably where he reigned as a judge. I do have some pictures also of the believed site of Abraham's burial - but I can't remember if Abraham a was regarded as a prophet like Moses was... I might have to scan them from a book I have though, so I'll have get back to you on that one.

That particular topic of Mt. Sinai may be a bit off topic in this thread, but I have researched those claims for finding the real Mt. Sinai in Arabia recently, and I bought a video (look here) of two men who went to Jabal Al Lawz (Bob Cornuke and Larry Williams), which they claim is the real Mt. Sinai (the same location Wyatt went to), being supplied with information of how to get there from Wyatt. Wyatt kind of ruined his reputation as time went on, but Cornuke and Williams did a pretty good job of documentation. I've seen their video footage of the site and have also carefully inspected the mountain from satellite imagery on Google Earth. I've been considering making a topic on that when I have the spare time. Perhaps now that you've mentioned it I now have even more incentive to create that thread. I'll probably be swamped for several weeks till the end of the semester, but I hope to eventually make that topic.

In the mean time, to whet your appetite, the most serious effort put forth to evaluating the validity of the claims for Jabal Al Lawz as a likely site for mount Sinai currently is this excellent dissertation written by Charles A. Wittaker: THE BIBLICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF JABAL AL LAWZ (also in PDF format).
