Galatians 6 New King James Version (NKJV)
Bear and Share the Burdens
6 Brethren, if a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, considering yourself lest you also be tempted. 2 Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. 3 For if anyone thinks himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself. 4 But let each one examine his own work, and then he will have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another. 5 For each one shall bear his own load....
how many believe in restoration to those who fell ? Christians are the worse at sacrificing there own.. a guy i know use to preach yes he was bit hard core ..him and his wife started having problems.. soon split then divorced . he no longer is a minister he reverted back to the pool games in the bars. just recently got a driving left of center and DWI. he already had a mark against him by some as a preacher he had a previous marriage BEFORE GRACE . our past when we get saved is no longer remembered .. i have seen folks get out of church and the gossip the o my how terrible ..ya know the well i never as they look over the top of the glasses . now what did paul write ( if a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, considering yourself lest you also be tempted} how soon we forget what did jude say ? 22 And on some have compassion, making a distinction;[d] 23 but others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire,[e] hating even the garment defiled by the flesh.
how soon we forget Love covers a multitude of sins yes as soon as i can i plan on talking to him.. simply to remind him of the Bible he once preached. not tell him how wrong he is.. but how right he can be again.. we have a advocate so do we either A kick then while there down. or B offer a hand and lift them up ?
