Hello calvin here,
I have just installed the latest 8.xxxx in my wife's Linux box and among other disappointing and annoying things I can not find any way of having the program remained logged in. There is a place that seems to indicate that you can remain logged in, but in typical microsoft style it just doesn't work.......it might work in windoze but that is no solution for Linux / Ubuntu.
Also it can't auto answer an incoming call.
Just wondering if anyone has found a solution?

No, not here. I don't Skype, just Face Time on rare occasions. But is logging in each time a bad thing? I erase all cookies so I have to do that on everything, each time I use it as feel more secure that way. Actually, I'm not afraid of being hacked or viruses but rather in case someone physically steals or accesses my computers and devices which although is one in a million, far more probable. This way they can't just treat themselves to an open account. And to boot (not computer booting lol) one learns their passwords. My wife stays logged on and one time the OS was upgraded and she got logged off -- she couldn't get back on if her life depended on it.
