Hi Teens! Haven't 'seen' many of you lately. Just wondering what everyone's up to. Two weeks ago I just graduated from high school, which is awesome! :)

A belated happy graduation! Right now I am finishing a polymer clay sculpture of Ariel, from The Tempest.

Let me see, how shall I describe this? :chin
The Tempest is...well, it includes faeries, a magician, a monster, some drunken fools, a daughter who has only seen one human being all her life up until the commencement of the play, and princely discord. I really don't know how to describe it, especially since the setting for the play is on an enchanted island and the plot is pretty twisted.
Sorry if I can't tell you what it is like very well, it is a strange play at best, but I enjoyed reading it, and I think others might too.

:lol
That's gotta be the weiredest Shakespeare ever :lol. It sounds like a mix of a few.

I've read A Midsummer Night's Dream, Taming of the Shrew, Macbeth, Othello, and Julius Caesar. Othello definately the best. Other than that, I'm not much of a Shakespeare person. :shrug

In my opinion, Hamlet is the best play ever. Othello, Julius Caesar, King Lear, Cymbeline, Twelfth Night, and Pericles are all pretty close to the top of my list though. :yes
I wasn't much of a Shakespeare person at first either...until I felt compelled to read all the plays, then after finishing play no. 30, I finally "got" it, and really enjoyed reading the plays after that. It sure took awhile though, but I certainly feel a greater appreciation toward the plays now.
I think I read too much...
