Sodomy and bowel cancer

Today I realized there is an increased risk of bowel cancer from anal sex. I did some looking up on google and it's incidence is on the rise even with women, and has increased more in the last few decades.

It seems anal sex is a high risk activity to cause it. I got told some bad news about someone I know and looked it up...

Maybe the warnings in the bible actually were there for a reason,and we thought god put it in there because he doesn't approve of it. Some of the the warnings in the bible go unheeded to our detriment. Then we realize later when it is too late.

Sodomy also spreads STDs and leads to what used to be called "Gay Bowel Syndrome" . I don't know much about the syndrome, but I think it involves severe immune system compromise and also parasitic infestations. I don't know what they call it now, but with the rise in unprotected sodomy among gay+bisexual men I imagine its making a comeback.

A lot of Biblical rules make sense when it comes to health. Like avoiding gluttony and sloth, rules against incest, and the rules against promiscuity and sex outside of marriage.

The older I get the more wisdom I see in the bible. Like you said some consider the bible outdated in some places and in particular sexuality. As always it will continue on to show men better ways to protect themselves from harming themselves and others.

In Old Testament times and New Testament times this type of behavior was going on. There is nothing new under the sun. Paul saw a lot of this stuff, and I would think that Moses did too.

well I would say the people receiving the compliments of Satan are the victims. People who are infected with aids, like the women and children in Africa, are the victims, and the rapists and people who spread the disease are the perpetrators.

We must realize that this 'consent' on the behalf of these kids to sodomy is not necessarily 'consent', they are being spiritually overpowered by demons, and after it is over they are left with immense confusion and despair, not being able to understand what has happened to them, but wanting to do it to others.

well being the only former bisexual at present here on this forum. i know what i was doing and yes demons can drive the urges but one need be possesed to do "homo" acts.

i wasnt. and i didnt have anal sex at all. not all homosexuals do or bi. yet i cant give blood. and i wasnt raped at all. i had the lusts for men at age 10 but didnt act on that till age 23.

I don't give sympathy. I have empathy and that means more to people than all the sympathizers in the world. I don't come across this tough in person, but a stand has to be a stand. It's wrong, and that was not made to "receive" anything and like anything else, including drinking and driving, a person has to take on the responsibility.

Case in point, when my son had his severe head injury, I could empathize and walked him through his ordeal. But sympathize? --- my question to him was "Why the heck did you do that head flip snowboarding? That was dumb." After the fact, he couldn't agree more.

I had a friend who was a nurse. She had to assist in corrective surgery on people to engaged in this. I have also had training in the medical field. It is self destructive and injurious, no doubt about it.
