Rom 2:6-9 ^ God will give eternal life to those who persistently continue in going good, but wrath and anger to the selfish who do not obey the truth and follow evil.

Rom 8:13-14 ^ If you live according to the flesh, you will die,
but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live
(for as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God).

Rom 12:1-2 ^ It is the good, acceptable, perfect will of God that you present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God (its your reasonable service).

1 Cor 6:9-10 ^ Do not be deceived, sinners will not inherit the kingdom of God.

1 Cor 9:27 ^ Paul forced his body unto subjection so he would not be disqualified.

1 Cor 12:12 ^ Therefore let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall.
You are saved by the gospel, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you, unless you believed in vain.

2 Cor 11:3 ^ Satan deceived Eve by his craftiness, so beware that your minds may not be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

2 Cor 13:5 ^ Examine yourself to see if you are in the faith, maybe you are disqualified.

Gal 5:19-21 ^ One who practices works of the flesh will not inherit kingdom of God.

Gal 5:24 ^ To belong to Christ, crucify the passions and desires of the flesh.

Gal 6:7-9 ^ Do not be deceived, God is not mocked - he who sows to his flesh
will reap corruption, and he who sows to the Spirit will reap eternal life,
if he does not lose heart.

Eph 5:3-6 ^ Do not be deceived, no sinner has any inheritance in the kingdom of God.

Eph 5:8-9 ^ Walk as children of light, finding out what is acceptable to the Lord.

Eph 5:26-27 ^ Jesus will present to Himself a glorious church without
spot or wrinkle, so that she should be holy and without blemish.

Phil 2:12 ^ Work out your salvation with fear and trembling - God is working in you.

Phil 2:14-16 ^ Be blameless and pure w/o fault, holding firmly to the word of life.

Col 1:22-23 ^ Jesus will present you holy, blameless, and above reproach,
if you continue in the faith, grounded and steadfast and unmoveable.

Col 3:5-6 ^ The wrath of God is coming upon those who don’t crucify their flesh.

Heb 3:12-15 ^ Beware of any evil heart of unbelief in departing from the living God,
lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
For we have become partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end.

Heb 4:11 ^ Be diligent lest anyone fall according to examples of disobedience.

Heb 6:4-8 ^ Those who have been enlightened, have experienced the Holy Spirit,
have appreciated the Bible, if they fall away can never return to repentance
(they have re-crucified the Son of God and subjected Him to public disgrace).

Heb 12:14 ^ Pursue holiness, without which no one will see the Lord.

1 Pet 1:15-16 ^ Be holy in all your conduct, because “Be holy, for I am holy”.

Rev 2—3
JC: Christians must be overcomers in order to sit on Jesus’ throne, etc.
JC: Christians must repent of their sins, wrong-doings, etc.
JC: Christians who are lukewarm Jesus will vomit out of His mouth.

Rev 21:7-8 ^ Overcomers will inherit all things, sinners will be in lake of fire.

Rev 21:27 ^ The impure, shameful, deceitful will never enter the New Jerusalem.

Rev 22:14-15 ^ The obedient have right to the tree of life, and may enter the City.

These Scripture passages support the doctrine of conditional security.

If you believe in eternal security (OSAS) …
do you have any good explanations for why these verses are written to the churches?

Sir, it seems that grace is absent from your consideration. Ephesians 2.9 makes it clear that salvation is 'not of works, lest any man should boast' (Ephesians 2.9).

Romans 8

Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)

The Life-Giving Spirit

8 Therefore, no condemnation now exists for those in Christ Jesus, 2 because the Spirit’s law of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death. 3 What the law could not do since it was limited by the flesh, God did. He condemned sin in the flesh by sending His own Son in flesh like ours under sin’s domain, and as a sin offering, 4 in order that the law’s requirement would be accomplished in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. 5 For those who live according to the flesh think about the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, about the things of the Spirit. 6 For the mind-set of the flesh is death, but the mind-set of the Spirit is life and peace. 7 For the mind-set of the flesh is hostile to God because it does not submit itself to God’s law, for it is unable to do so. 8 Those who are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 You, however, are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, since the Spirit of God lives in you. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him. 10 Now if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. 11 And if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, then He who raised Christ from the dead will also bring your mortal bodies to life through His Spirit who lives in you.
The Holy Spirit’s Ministries

12 So then, brothers, we are not obligated to the flesh to live according to the flesh, 13 for if you live according to the flesh, you are going to die. But if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. 14 All those led by God’s Spirit are God’s sons. 15 For you did not receive a spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father!” 16 The Spirit Himself testifies together with our spirit that we are God’s children, 17 and if children, also heirs—heirs of God and coheirs with Christ—seeing that we suffer with Him so that we may also be glorified with Him.
From Groans to Glory

18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is going to be revealed to us. 19 For the creation eagerly waits with anticipation for God’s sons to be revealed. 20 For the creation was subjected to futility—not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it—in the hope 21 that the creation itself will also be set free from the bondage of corruption into the glorious freedom of God’s children. 22 For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together with labor pains until now. 23 And not only that, but we ourselves who have the Spirit as the firstfruits—we also groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for adoption, the redemption of our bodies. 24 Now in this hope we were saved, yet hope that is seen is not hope, because who hopes for what he sees? 25 But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with patience.
26 In the same way the Spirit also joins to help in our weakness, because we do not know what to pray for as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with unspoken groanings. 27 And He who searches the hearts knows the Spirit’s mind-set, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.
28 We know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose. 29 For those He foreknew He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brothers. 30 And those He predestined, He also called; and those He called, He also justified; and those He justified, He also glorified.
The Believer’s Triumph

31 What then are we to say about these things?
If God is for us, who is against us?
32 He did not even spare His own Son
but offered Him up for us all;
how will He not also with Him grant us everything?
33 Who can bring an accusation against God’s elect?
God is the One who justifies.
34 Who is the one who condemns?
Christ Jesus is the One who died,
but even more, has been raised;
He also is at the right hand of God
and intercedes for us.
35 Who can separate us from the love of Christ?
Can affliction or anguish or persecution
or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?
36 As it is written:
Because of You
we are being put to death all day long;
we are counted as sheep to be slaughtered.
37 No, in all these things we are more than victorious
through Him who loved us.
38 For I am persuaded that not even death or life,
angels or rulers,
things present or things to come, hostile powers,
39 height or depth, or any other created thing
will have the power to separate us
from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord!

Do you have any scripture to support your belief that once a person is born again they can become "unborn"?

What about scritpure saying the Holy Spirit leaves a person he indwells in?

What about scripture saying the Holy Spirit "unsealed" someone it has sealed?

Sorry, EDITED, I asked you first, remember?

If you believe in eternal security (OSAS) …
do you have any good explanations for why these verses are written to the churches?

A NO would suffice for your answer.

You haven't asked me anything yet, so I get the first question: Have you ever lost your salvation?

They were written to the Church so they could go out into the world and warn the lost what would occur if they did not get saved.

Most of the verses you pulled out of context deal with people who are not saved.

This is copy from your op. My bible does not read like yours. Did you "add" something to scripture?

The Hebrews 6 passage is the only one that I see you have a real leg to stand on.

The rest of your verses lead me to believe you have a works based salvation.

For honeys and sweethearts your not getting along too well !

2.5: Respect each others' opinions. Address issues, not persons or personalities. Give other members the respect you would want them to give yourself.

No, in the OP, I asked you ...
do you have any good explanations for why these verses are written to the churches?
I see you want to play games. Feel free. I will not be participating. When you answer the question -- if you have the temerity to answer the question -- I will join the discussion. You have already been told by others that your interpretation of these verses is faulty in that you do not consider the passages are directed toward the unsaved, not the saved. Therefore, there is no reason for you not to answer the question, as it has been answered. In fact, twice, as I agreed with P31woman in her statement characterizing your interpretation.

IMO, I have displayed great mercy by NOT posting ...
ALL of Jesus' MANY WARNINGS from the gospels!

Here's a simple example ...

Jesus said if you do NOT forgive everyone for their trespasses,
Father God will NOT forgive you of yours!

IMO, this is a flat-out blanket warning to everyone who reads it.
And it is either to be taken seriously or ignored.

I've had this revelation for years:
If a person dies with unforgiveness in his/her heart,
they will NOT be welcome in Heaven!

This is a simple example of why I've been asking elsewhere:
Can a born-again Christian actually NOT be part of the elect?
I.E. Can he/she refuse to be sanctified (by the Holy Spirit) unto holiness?
I.E. Can he/she refuse to be an overcomer (Rev 2-3 and 21:7-8)?

The passage you ripped out of the middle of the sermon on the mount does not tell us we can have eternal life if we forgive. What the entire sermon teaches us is that we are not "good enough" to earn salvation. We simply cannot be righteous enough for a Holy God. Cannot do it! We are sinners and we need a Savior.

We are only "good enough" when we rely on the work Christ did for us on the Cross.

Go back and read chapters 5-6-7 as one sermon. Jesus is telling these Jews they think they are good enough to enter into the Kingdom. He is letting them know they are NOT....they need a Savior.

Go read the description Paul gave of himself. He said "I am" the chief of sinners.

Beyonce has been a hot topic around here!

I was told this shows both sides of the coin, but does it?

Jude 21
... keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

Jude 24
Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to present you faultless …

Verse 24 doesn't say He WILL, just that He is able to.
IMO, He is able, if Jerry co-operates!
How is He able, if Jerry enforces his free-will and does not co-operate?
Will He over-ride Jerry's free will? No way.
Then they come back and say, "Jerry never was born-again."
And I say, "Jerry never was part of God's elect."
