I gave lots more detail than that but yeah, that's the Tl;Dr version. Scripture doesn't give us a definitive answer. The same pertains to other things that've been debated for nearly 2,000 years.

It is good to expose ourselves to other's thoughts, if we're ready for it.

Right. You use Jesus teaching a concept only found in Enoch, to try to declare that Enoch is false. Is that building on Rock, or sand?

It's an interesting position the Word of God puts us in, is it not? He's good at that; REALLY good at that! And He's got a great sense of humor, too

I was reading some quotes in the Talmud today that is the opposite anything Jesus .. And I see nothing Jesus taught that coincides with Enoch teaching fallen angels mating with flesh and blood women ..

Strawmen. That's a dishonest debating tactic, as well as logical fallacy.
 
Calling out uninspired books is a strawman ? Yeah right, I'm moving them to the front of the line and putting them in charge .. Not !!!
I'm not debating as you seem to understand it, I'm stating a case for folks who are unsure and I've stated many times I don't care what anyone believes .. The problem is when you hear the ''experts'' and swallow it hook, line and sinker .. But when you can't get inner peace then you keep being drawn back and reading and meditating and searching .. At least that's how I am .. You can't blame sin on anyone but ourselves, the devil didn't make you do it .. It's like CNN , they may or may not speak truth once in a while but I don't trust them and wouldn't know if they did .. They are liars period imo ..

Genetic Modification?

Now would the modification be done by God directly or by Satan for a perverted reason. This would have been done while Satan still had access to heaven. If Satan did the deed it would be by God giving permission to Satan. (Book of Job). Once out of heaven the power and ability to ask permission would vanish. (?)

If this discussion is to be a bible study then study the Bible and not other documents.

There is a huge amount of bible study that can be done. Not study eddif either. Study the Bible.

So Jude, Peter, John, & Paul read 1 Enoch, referenced it, and we're ambiguous as to it's magisty. Not like in the O.T. where it says is in not written in the book of Jasher, for example.

You could say the book of Mormon has a lot of truth mixed in here and there but somebodies wild imagination or demonic influence also got mixed in .. Maybe the Qu'ran has some vain imaginations mixed in too or the Talmud for sure is not inspired either but how do you know ? You check it by the standard God has give us .. The Word of God that goes out and does not return void .. The actual promises that we rely and can remind Jesus of and he acts on in our prayer life ..
I think God provided me with every jot and tittle I need in the KJV . Forget Enoch for a moment, there's been thousands of books written by both inspired and uninspired but had some truth mixed in .. The RCC inparticular likes to belly up to the trough and claim credit for the scriptures but they did not write them . I believe God assembled and inspired the 66 books he wanted me to have in the KJV .. How could I see it any other way ..
 
The 1769 Stanford Edition edit with the apocrypha removed, so the 1885 edition. Also no doubt without the original editors notes. While I just, this is actually also my chosen version.

dont get me wrong i cut my teeth on kjv and i use kjv.. king james is the one who assembled or should i say had them printed . there are other accurate translations . i use the HCSB study bible along the way and i do trust it .certainly there are some i am not a fan of . if i was to buy a new Thompson chain i think i would go hscb . i do lots word search and also research on the net
