Living in Canada, I call it March Break, but its the same thing.
I went to TC (Teens Conference), which is a Christian Conference for teens. It was a great time of spiritual growth and meeting new friends, and I didn't fall asleep in any of the sermons
Here in Australia we have our big term break during December and January, which I believe makes a lot of sense. It's called the summer break. In April we get 2 weeks, July 2 weeks and October 2 weeks. I'm in my first week back into term 2, so I've just come off the 2 week April break. We have 4 ten week terms.
And btw it's automn here.
I also went to a teen conference. We studied Ecclesiastes, which was excellent and a massive challenge.
Apart from that I didn't too much apart from procrastinating on reading Jane Eyre for English. :verysick
Sorry, I can't help but laugh at people who get grounded for that long. Just becasue I've never been grounded. I guess my parents use other forms of 'punishment'.
Yeah it seems a little funny now but it wasnt when it was happening. I was confined to my bed as soon as I got home from school. I had to sit at the edge of the bed in an up right position. After a week of that I got the reward of a thosand piece puzzle : / . After two weeks I got an hour of T.V. Then the last week I could play xbox for an hour too.

Man that's annoying, esepcially when you don't think it was warranted. But the best thing to do is to respect your parents and try not to do what they don't want you doing. But if you really don't think it was warranted, then perhaps talk with them about it.
