Well I don't know about you guys but I am definitely (except for allergy season) ready for spring! (we had a really cold winter in Ohio and I have bad sinus problems) And I hope that everybody remembered to change your clocks last night so you weren't late for church. (if you went that is) Anyway, I never really understood what the point of daylight savings was but I guess that it's needed considering that it gets darker and lighter during different parts of the year. However, I hear that Florida is one of the states proposing to be on the same time all year round. So what do you think? Is daylight savings time necessary or not? By the way, I was debating on it but I decided to vote no because of the darker and lighter thing. Even though it's sort of strange, I believe that the time of day should match up with the time on the clock.

I have never seen a reason for daylight saving's time. I voted to get rid of it. As much as I enjoy the fall back part of daylight saving's time I really don't like the spring forward part of it.

I voted yes because I do not appreciate losing an hours sleep. Therd is no reason to turn our clocks back in my opinion.

If the do get rid of it, it better ne when it’s time to turn our clocks back, so that way we can get our hour’s sleep back forever :sleep

Well, this doesn't really have anything to do with the topic itself, but happy first day of spring everybody! :boing
