You don't have winter down there, if it ever gets down to 40 y'all act like it's cold, lol

Wait, I've never heard of anyone dying from the heat at 73. In fact, WI is no longer really the dairy State, that's now CA, and cows there die from heat that they handle no problem here.

But the first day of the year it hits 50 degrees here, you will see people wearing a parka and shorts :biggrin I was told about that when I first moved here, but didn't believe it. It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen

Speaking of heat waves, I think that's pretty much what the US is in currently. So far today is the coolest day we've had in Ohio for weeks.

You had me fact checking this?!? WI has more than 2x as many cows as FL, although FL does have a large cattle industry that goes mostly unnoticed. We're down to #9, FL is #12. If farmer's kids keep selling their land to real estate developers here, FL may pass us ...

Bah,I work read in 100 degrees.
forget that unless its in the shade ,i use work at charcoal plant where we bagged the charcoal big metal building with a fan in the wall to draw the dust out.. worked in 100* weather many summer 0 temps in the winter.. we had huge metal furnace we kept cranking that blowed heat through duct works .with a stove pipe connected blowing over ya,, not sure i could do them days again

I go into denial in the fall, refuse to put on a jacket until it gets below freezing.

I used to drink and make the stuff by the gallon.
Nowadays I make green tea. It's pretty close to the same thing. Nice and mellow and smooth.
