Hello all!

At the beginning of 2013, Brother Kenneth Copeland received a prophecy for all his partners (which I and my wife are) and part of that prophecy was that our greatest blessing ever would come to pass this year.

As I have finally understood about prophecies, it is on the hearer to claim it and call it to come to pass in their life (this thankfully explained why no prophecy I had ever heard in the first 10 years of being saved ever came to pass). SO, we did this and daily used our faith and words of faith and called it to come to pass and sent the angels out (Psalm 103:20) to bring it in and asked the Lord to reveal it and lead us into it and so on.

About 3 weeks ago we received the manifestation of it: $60,496.12 of supernatural debt cancellation (our entire 2nd mortgage and some of the 1st) wiped out! Praise God! It was the harvest on seed that we had sown at the direction of the Holy Spirit, into good ground.

I really can't say enough about the teaching ministry of Kenneth Copeland Ministries - through their Believer's Voice of Victory show that we've been watching almost daily for the last 2 years God has completely transformed our life and given us victory on everything everywhere. He is SO good! Hallelujah!

I will also say this: in July, purposing ahead of time as Paul instructed in 2 Cor 9, we sowed a $150 seed in faith to bless the speakers of the Southwest Believer's Convention (a Kenneth Copeland annual event with Jerry Savelle, Jesse Duplantis, Keith Moore, Creflo Dollar and Bill Winston). I called in that harvest according to the Word (Mark 4:8 and Gal 6:7,9) about a month ago, for I had named it "New White Car Seed" (because as long as the Earth remains, there shall be seedtime and harvesttime and according to the laws of Genesis, all seeds reproduce after their own kind (so you have to name your seed (and you must tithe to receive the protection on the fruits of your ground (Mal 3:10-12)).

SO, I called it in one day in November rather persistently and minutes later God had my mother call me out of the heavens and ask if I would drive her car for the next 2 years while my parents went to Australia. That car happens to be a NEW WHITE CAR! Hallelujah, there is the harvest on that seed! Glory to God! His Word always works, even when it takes time! Never turn loose of your faith and stay on your faith daily, don't accept delays and never put your faith into the future! Praise God!

I hope this helps somebody on here!

Once while I was at the airport a stranger offered the gift of a little white flag to me. She and others had been dancing together for their religion, while accompanied by the rhythm of tambourines. I was told that I could have anything my heart desired if I were to simply chant for it.

Later, much later, there came to my attention a book called The Power of Positive Thinking. The author of this book assured one and all, 'You do not need to be defeated by anything, ...you can have peace of mind, improved health, and a never-ceasing flow of energy'.

The next iteration of this doctrine came into my experience while listening to Televised "Ministries" of various preachers who began to teach that one must give in order to receive. They suggested that a gift to them would be counted as a "seed gift" to God Who would Malachi 3 it and return the gift to me an hundredfold.

I've heard one preacher explain that the tithe worked like this too. His bold statement included the claim that there were generational curses that have been in place over Christians (he mentioned hillbilly lifestyles of some in the US) and that the only way to break these strongholds was to give (to him) in faith. This guy went as far as to say that the poor should give at least 10% of all their income to him, a multi-millionaire and the president of the Corporation he called his church. But he didn't stop there. His flock was told to tithe on food stamps too if they wanted God's blessing.

I have, at various times in my life, been well compensated by corporations that I've worked for. To me, it is acceptable to receive such with thanks.

The scripture says, "Do not owe ·people [L anyone] anything, except always owe love to each other, because the person who loves others has ·obeyed all [fulfilled] the law". Romans 13:8 EXB

2 Kings 6
New King James Version (NKJV)

The Floating Ax Head
6 And the sons of the prophets said to Elisha, “See now, the place where we dwell with you is too small for us. 2 Please, let us go to the Jordan, and let every man take a beam from there, and let us make there a place where we may dwell.”
So he answered, “Go.”
3 Then one said, “Please consent to go with your servants.”
And he answered, “I will go.” 4 So he went with them. And when they came to the Jordan, they cut down trees. 5 But as one was cutting down a tree, the iron ax head fell into the water; and he cried out and said, “Alas, master! For it was borrowed.”
6 So the man of God said, “Where did it fall?” And he showed him the place. So he cut off a stick, and threw it in there; and he made the iron float.
7 Therefore he said, “Pick it up for yourself.” So he reached out his hand and took it.

As we read from the Holy Bible super debt cancellation was used because the iron ax was borrowed. We also learn in Romans 8:17 we are heirs in Christ Jesus. Because we are heirs in Christ Jesus, Paul said, "that the fellowship of thy faith may become effectual, in the knowledge of every good thing which is in you, unto Christ" - Philemon 1:6 ASV. This means by acknowledging every good gift in us, Christians are able to transfer full manifestation from the spiritual realm into this physical realm.

There you go, iLove.

Sparrowhawke, I agree, that there are hucksters out there and they should be avoided, but there are also real teachers of the Word (haven't you ever noticed that for everything REAL that God does/has/gives Satan tries to use a counterfeit (who closely resembles the real thing) to discredit the real ones?), whose words are the Word and those that practice the Word shall have the Word's results. I have mentioned only the larger harvests I have received recently, there have been a slew of others (and we just started about 28 months ago!).

The promises in Malachi on the tithe are that the windows of Heaven are constanly opened to you (also called the vaults of Heaven (as in a treasury)), and God empties out THE Blessing on you (so that recession and depression pass you by), the Devourer (Satan) is rebuked for your sake and is not allowed to corrupt the fruits of your ground (steal the harvest on your seed), your vine does not cast her fruit before the time in the field, and all nations call you blessed for you are a land sparkling with happiness.

The tithe pre-dates the Law and was in the Garden (how else did Able and Cain know how to do it?) and Abraham tithed as well.

The seed is Mark 4:8 and elsewhere, but the 30, 60 and 100 fold harvests Jesus mentioned are harvest on the Word, and some people say wait a minute, how does that mean $? Because Gal 6:7, whatsoever you sow, THAT you reap. Sow money, reap money. So sowing Gal 6:7 in with Mark 4:8 produces the harvest Jesus specified. It is why he told that 1 rich man to SELL what he had and give the $ to the poor (so that he would reap $ and be rich God's way (the Kingdom of God way) (KOG is not the same as KOH, KOH is a place, KOG is God's methods).

I am living proof it works as it is being taught through the likes of Kenneth Copeland, Jesse Duplantis, Jerry Savelle, Keith Moore, etc.

The key is patience and naming your seed (because seed reproduces after it's own kind) and calling it in and giving thanks for the harvest (whatever you've sown for and said you were expecting to receive (write it down)). Call it in everyday, saying today you receive that harvest. Ask the Lord to bring you into your harvest, to show you where and how to reap it.

You could go to Keith Moore's site and find his free teaching called Rules of Reaping - VERY HELPFUL.

It’s too bad that the Apostle Paul couldn't or didn't take advantage of these teachings of seed faith
1 Corinthians 11:1 Be ye followers of me (Paul), even as I also am of Christ. Consider the following things he experienced as the example of how we're to follow Christ. It doesn't sound as if he got rich.

1 Timothy 4:10. For, therefore, we both labor and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the savior of all men, specially of those that believe. Repeating (2 Cor 11:30) using the NIV > Paul says, if I must boast, I will boast of the things that show my weakness - It seems the sufferings he endured were counted by him as prosperous to his soul and life. He considered himself to be prospering and healthy only in the context of how his life was prospering in things pertaining to winning Christ. Surely it has to be evident by now that Paul at this time did not possess material wealth or bodily health, which many preachers today profess will be the normal result of a life lived for Christ.

1 Cor 4:9. For I think that God hath set forth us, the apostles, last as it were appointed to death; for we are made a spectacle unto the world, and to angels, and to men.
1 Cor 4:10. We are fools for Christ’s sake (Whose fool are you?), but ye are wise in Christ; but ye are strong; ye are honourable, but we are despised.
1 Cor 4:11. Even unto this present hour we both hunger, and thirst, and are naked, and are buffeted, and have no certain dwelling place.
1 Cor 4:12. And labor, working with our own hands. Being reviled, we bless; being persecuted, we endure it.
1 Cor 4:13. Being defamed, we entreat; we are made the filth of the world, and are the offscouring (Outcasts) of all things unto this day.

2 Cor 1:3. Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort,
2 Cor 1:5. For the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation aboundeth by Christ.
2 Cor 11:23. Are they ministers of Christ? I speak as a fool; I am more; in labors more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequently, in deaths often.
2 Cor 11:24. Of the Jews five times received I forty stripes, save one.
2 Cor 11:25. Thrice was I beaten with rods, once was I stoned, thrice I suffered a shipwreck, a night and a day have I been in the deep;
2 Cor 11:26. In journeyings often, in perils of waters, in perils of mine own countrymen, in perils by the gentiles, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren.
2 Cor 11:27. In weariness and painfulness, in watchings often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness.
2 Cor 11:28. Besides those things that are without, that which cometh upon me daily, the care of all the churches.
2 Cor 11:29. Who is weak, and I am not weak? Who is offended, and I am not indignant?
2 Cor 11:30. If I must needs glory, I will glory of the things which concern mine infirmities.

Phil 3:8. Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus, my Lord; for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but refuse, THAT I MAY WIN CHRIST.

Eugene? I take what you have said to mean that your considered thought includes the fact that these teachings fall outside of what the Apostles of the Lamb taught to those whom the Lord lead?

An the end it strikes me that one verse, rather one part of one verse you've cited stands out:

"We are fools for Christ’s sake (Whose fool are you?)..."

That question is one a steward needs be prepared for.

Now, it is evident that the Apostle Paul must preach the gospel he was given, but it seems according to our present TV ministries, Paul just didn't know how to get things done the right way, because he stated in 1 Corinthians 9:18, "What is my reward then? Verily that, when I preach the gospel, I may make the gospel of Christ without charge, that I abuse not my power in the gospel."

This gospel which was provided free was to be preached in the entire world. Mark 16:15. "And He (Jesus) said unto them (The twelve apostles), Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature." Colossians 1:23. "Be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature (Everyone) which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister." Is it not wonderful how God accomplished sending His word into the world reaching everyone without a great free will offering being taken up, but if He's the one that's telling us to do something He'll provide the support for it also. Advice given to my Pastor, D.E. Hill by A.S. Copley was: it's inevitable that you'll need money to operate your ministry, but learn to go to God for it, and not the people: I haven't seen it fail yet. Of course, the world wasn't as populated as it is now, so God without begging was able to reach the world through the foolishness of preaching. 1 Corinthians 1:21. "It pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe."

Many preachers today say that they're going to reach the world with the gospel if I'll only support their ministry, especially with seed faith money. Then and only then will God be able to accomplish reaching the world with the gospel, and I'll get rich in the process. They insinuate that if I don't get rich or experience deliverance and healing from everything, it'll probably be my fault due to a lack of faith on my part, etc. I wonder if they'll give back my seed faith offering if it doesn't work for me.

No brother, I do not believe prosperity teaching but like Paul said in Phil 1:18 I am glad to hear Christ preached. What then? notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretence, or in truth, Christ is preached; and I therein do rejoice, yea, and will rejoice.

Blessings.

I fail to rejoice at times when I hear this simple gospel preached. That's a fault of mine and this is not as it should be.

"The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent."

—John 6:29

To reject Jesus is to reject God.

"He who rejects me rejects him who sent me."

—Luke 10:16

The worker shall receive the reward as promised and yet we find those who wish to become millionaires today as seen by their actions. Your question about refunds for "seed gifts" is apt. The cost of saying "God will repay" is --on a bottom-line basis-- good business practice when the bottom-line does not consider the one who says, "I will repay." It's selling a product that costs the salesperson nothing. They get commission for every sale. The reward is money only.

Our trust is better placed in Jesus who has demonstrated the Father to us.

Paul was actually wealthy; the governor would not have routinely called Paul in to solicit a bribe if Paul didn't have serious bucks. When he spake with the Philippians he told them that he abounded and had ALL. I know there are more examples, but these are off the top of my head.
