depends on what the kids are taught, I was involved with guns early I never killed a human in 50 years,
also my 6 brothers and 4 sisters were taught early and they have not killed humans same goes for 4 aunts and 7 uncles or you could take a look at kids in gaza.
So what is the need precisely for a gun? What do people need guns for?

some for protection. I live in a bad neighborhood. I know a godly man whom walks early in the morning and packs heat. its legal here to do that. in this community I live we have since I have been here. one major drug bust, two attempted murders, a gang related incident of teens fighting and a teen being harassed by that gang, a car set on fire for spite. so yes I can see why he carries. I have called cops when I thought a man was going to be stabbed by a machete. the cops took 10 minutes to get here. if he was stabbed in the arteries of any area and I didn't know a tourniquet , he would have died if he was stabbed.

2 Peter 1:20 KJV - Knowing this first, that no prophecy of ...
Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

Yhwh made everything simple. Man messed it all up. (and complicated it).

Peter(an Apostle of Yeshua, chosen by Him and anointed by Him and sent by Him) answers the question without private interpretation. Peter says what Yhwh says the passage is about. (pretty hard to find - it's 13 verses later in Acts 10).

And not just Peter, but, according to the rest of Scripture, all of the Apostles and disciples, (even the gentiles who joined themselves to Yhwh to serve Him in the O.T., and all who were immersed in Yeshua's Name in the N.T.).
Way to avoid answering the question. Strange that here you can't give your private interpretation, yet you don't hesitate to give your private interpretation in so many other posts. Interesting.

classic:

guns are to classic as soccer is to jasonc. you don't have to play soccer or nor own a gun but you must respect those that do wish to partake those hobbies and sports. yes there are shooting competetions. I will never play nor like soccer but I wouldn't push to make it illegal nor seriously make you want to stop your hobby.

thank you. that's correct - I don't give a private interpretation.

I'm sorry you couldn't , wouldn't or just didn't bother to read what Scripture says the dream means :

"Acts 10:28King James Version (KJV)
28 And he said unto them, Ye know how that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company, or come unto one of another nation; but God hath shewed me that I should not call any man common or unclean."

If you need fuller disclosure of what Scripture says, please find and consult a Jewish believer versed in Scripture.

Thanks again.

Now I know you can't be serious! Are you just trolling? You really think that the only use for a gun is to shoot other people in a war? Well they use trucks, humvees and Jeeps in wars to for transporting equipment that is used to kill people in wars, so by your logic those things are used for killing people too. I guess no one who isn't out to kill another person should own a Jeep or truck. Do you have ANY idea how many things we use today in every day life are also used in the military to kill or support killing people? We should stop using all those things in out daily lives, I guess.

No, follower , I'm sorry you couldn't, wouldn't or just didn't bother to read my entire comment and chose instead to just take a phrase out of context. Had you read properly you would have seen my point was that I think it's strange that you cite this scripture now, after you have made countless posts under Follower as well as your previous screen name where you have no problem whatsoever with posting your own interpretation of scripture. This is really very inconsistent of you.
