We have all been there right? At least one or more times in our life. Usually a phase most of the time, some longer then others.

How do you deal with them? How do you get over it? Well, hopefully some of these tips will help you get through them..........

First of all, what I have noticed through most people and myself, we all seem to worry about and stress about our problems to much. You just need to forget your troubles sometimes, give them up, and focus on other things.

How do you find happiness? Well, you could always focus and invest on worldly things that make you happy, all of which would only make you temporarly happy at the most. A true way and eternal way of making yourself happy is trying to make God happy, trust me it never fails.

Make your happiness depend on God, you will never be sad because he never fails. Rely on him.

Now I know that most of you are not completely dependent on God for your happiness, I know I am not. Sure I care about people and am sometimes happy because of them, people like my family or girlfriend or friends or even some pets of mine, and thats completely natural. People and animals die though, and some will come to resent you, and you loose them eventually.

So how are you supposed to deal with death or people resenting you? Well, sometimes it can be very hard at times.

Usually there is just no easy way around it, you have just got to endure. Its your fault anyways for depending on something like that for happiness instead of God completely.

When things happen like this, I usually make use out of the emotions I have. I write poems, write songs, draw, and just use those things as an outlet for my emotions, it usually helps.

Either that or I place that emotion in certain songs, songs that I can relate to, songs that are meaningful to me. It also works as an outlet of your emotions in a way too, it feels good kind of.

Anyways I hope this helps. :wave

:amen brother! I completely agree!

In addition, I find that going to Christian covnentions and meeting with other Christion brothers and sisters is a great encouragement for me, and for them if they see me coming despite the hard troubles I may be going through.

I also find reading I think it's James 1:2-18 helps, and provides some good insight:

2Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. 4Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. 5If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. 6But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. 7That man should not think he will receive anything from the Lord; 8he is a double-minded man, unstable in all he does.

9The brother in humble circumstances ought to take pride in his high position. 10But the one who is rich should take pride in his low position, because he will pass away like a wild flower. 11For the sun rises with scorching heat and withers the plant; its blossom falls and its beauty is destroyed. In the same way, the rich man will fade away even while he goes about his business.

12Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.

13When tempted, no one should say, "God is tempting me." For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; 14but each one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed. 15Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.

16Don't be deceived, my dear brothers. 17Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. 18He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of all he created.
