Thanksgiving - just what does it mean to you?

Well, I put this on your food poll, but since you took the time to create this one and no one has replied, I will!
I enjoy being with my family. We all gather at someone's house - everyone bringing a dish or two. It's just this great time of coming together, talking, laughing, and being thankful that we can do those things. It's an incredibly enjoyable time!

It is getting family together while avoiding Uncle Don's drinking problem.
It is letting cousins meet, even though one of them just got caught stealing a car.
It is about eating good food and lying about the bad food tasting good. It is about making messes and cleaning them up.
It is about football and video games.
It is about stress and happiness.
It is about playing with Grandmas dog in the yard and salvaging the ham that is knocked over when the dog gets into the house.
It is about pinched cheeks and bearhugs.
It is mostly about being thankful for all we have and being thankful that this holiday comes just once a year.
