My boss at work told me about a concert of a local punk rock band tonight. I'm tempted to go, but on the other hand I'd have to go by myself (chances are I'll run into people I know on the concert because this is a small city and you always run into someone you know, but there's no guarantee that'll happen), and living in the hills outside the city getting home after midnight without a car means a long uphill foot walk through the dark woods. And I had plans for the night, basically staying at home and practising playing the bass guitar I got a few weeks ago so I can play in a band myself some day. But then I have actually prayed that I would be given the opportunity to include light hearted things like music and party into my life and find people to share those things with, so staying at home I could be turning down a gift from God.
What should I do?

I have 3 Bichons doggies, I gave the youngest a bath last week, the other two will get a bath today. The oldest one, a male, gives me a bath along with his.:angry3
 
I just have to tell you guys, my pet cockroach just got chosen to be a moderator on CRF.bug (CockRoach Forum.bug. Oh, I'm so proud! :boing

My brother leaves bath towels on the bathroom floor instead of puting them where they can dry, and when I tried to pick one up once there was a spider in it.
 
Hi peeps.
Not only did was I able to get Thousand Foot Krutch band members' autograph on the album of their's I bought at Winter Jam, I also got the Newsong band members to autograph my JamNation pass.

TFK was cool at Winter Jam. They didn't get the crowd pumped up as much as the other bands (guess they aren't as well-known, Skillet a couple of years ago was the finishing act and the whole place was jumping when they were on), but I was standing there throwing up my rawk fist anyway. Whoo!

I also wanted to buy a Tenth Avenue North album (I like them a lot and think they did a better job performing that night than TFK, TBH), but didn't have enough money left.
(And no farouk, Tenth Avenue North isn't hard rock.:wave They're more pop-ish. Newsong isn't hard rock, either.)

Holy crud, looks like a rainstorm outside...no thunder or lightening, but buckets of rain and the wind is blowing things around constantly.

Must spread up to New England because it's raining buckets here in Massachusetts as well. Only problem it's only in the 30s, Ice everywhere. :cries By the way Questdriven, I think you're a great person. :hug
 
But the man in the purple shirt drove the Lime Green Chevy over the curb when the lady in the orange dress, purple hat and blues shoes kicked the football.

Ten avenue North is the northern limit of lake worth, fl and its where that band is from.
