[__ Prayer __] The Devil Just Won't Leave Me Alone Today :(

And I'm really not sure why. I'm really trying my hardest to fight him but he keeps telling me that you're not really saved, God's not listening to you, if he was then why do you and your fiancée feel so alone? I keep telling him to go away because I really, truly believe that Jesus died for me deep in my heart but somehow I can't help but feel that he's sort of right. I just wish I knew where God was. I know He loves me, but where is He? Anyways, I could really use some more of your prayers.

I'm sorry, but my prayers have not seemed to help, but I can but give you scripture which I hope gives you strength.
Ephesians 6:11 Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

The devil tells lies right from the beginning. He told Eve they surely they would not die. But where are Adam and Eve now?
Of course he will tell you you are not saved he wants you to believe it even if it's not true

Think more of what Jesus told you, He didn't tell lies.

John 14:23
Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves me, he will keep My words; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him."

Oh trust me every prayer does help me feel a bit better . Just the very thought that I have people who care about me and are praying for me helps. I have grown stronger in faith so maybe that's making the devil angry with me. It's just that my birthday is coming up soon and well, I really wish all of this pain I'm feeling right now would end. I cried myself to sleep last night because of it too.

Thanks. I do love Jesus from the bottom of my heart, but like Joe I feel like He is a million miles away from me right now. But I did write Joey a letter and that helped me feel a little bit better. Plus I'm going to church tomorrow so maybe after the service I'll talk to my pastor and tell him how I'm feeling and the fact that I'm also very fearful that I won't make it to Heaven. He's a very nice man and so far he has given me tons of good advice. Just hopefully he'll give me some good advice on how to deal with my loneliness and broken heart.

And just so you don't give me the excuse of not understanding me, take a nap or whatever, and then read the next scripture. Aren't you one of those that has eternal life right now? If this is confusing, take another nap before proceeding.
