The Knowledge of Good and Evil Cannot be Altered By Mankind

Recently I had a long asked question about God answered as to why God had place such a dangerous tree, in the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, in the middle of the Garden of Eden.

God spoke to me, through his indwelling Holy Spirit, that he placed his knowledge of Good and Evil in the tree, knowing that man will sin and acquire that knowledge whereby God would then have to expel man from the Garden, to leave his presence in man in order for man to verify the authenticity of his son Jesus Christ as God when Christ would be born a man and become our salvation on the cross.

But when mankind acquired God's knowledge of Good and Evil through sin mankind used that knowledge, not to verify and authenticate the existence of God especially when God's sinless son Jesus Christ would come into this world, but man used God's knowledge of Good and Evil to verify and authenticate himself as either being sinless through religious rituals or as being God himself outright.

It must be remembered that death alone authenticates man's sin so mankind doesn't need the knowledge of Good and Evil to realize that he is in a state of sin. God gave man dominion over everything except the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. This lack of dominion is now essential to preserve God's knowledge of Good and Evil from any alteration while it is in man for man has no authority (hint: no dominion) to alter God's knowledge of Good and Evil in himself, but he surely does try!

Another interesting point about the knowledge of Good and Evil is that whenever a person becomes a believer in Jesus Christ, and becomes one with him in spirit, their knowledge of good and evil doesn't change, only the emphasis on Good rather than Evil changes.

God placed his knowledge of good and evil into the tree, and hence it eventually wound up in man through sin, but man's sin did not change God's knowledge of Good and Evil. Additionally the same knowledge of Good and Evil didn't change when God (hint: as Jesus Christ) took upon himself all the sins of this world on the cross.

The knowledge of Good and Evil is truly God's knowledge for it never changes (hint: even in hell) no matter what it is used for, either to condemn man's sin (hint: as God the Father did to his son Jesus Christ on the cross) or to save sinful man through a belief in God's only son Jesus Christ (hint: the resurrection).

Realize that God's knowledge of Good and Evil has 'diplomatic immunity' whether it is used for Good or Evil. Satan, with his evil and lack of any goodness, cannot change that knowledge in order to justify his sinful pursuits. Christ's rebuke of Satan in the desert using the word of God verified that the knowledge of good and evil hadn't changed even in Jesus Christ who is the word made flesh and God become man!

Believe in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and rest assured that when Jesus comes to retrieve his faithful (hint: the Rapture) just before mankind's final days called the Great Tribulation (hint: read the Book of Revelation) you'll be safely in heaven with God the Father, God the Son Jesus Christ, and God the Holy Spirit, for eternity.

Hello Ugmug

i have a different perspective

garden is also translated hedge i believe the garden of eden was surrounded and a protected area

the tree of life and the tree of knowledge were in the middle of the garden i suspect for security reasons as well lol

the tree of knowledge represented Gods understanding of right and wrong and the tree of life represents Gods eternity/eternal the alpha and omega

adam was placed in the garden to maintain it so he was a landscaper hehe

God commanded adam not to eat from the tree of knowledge because God knew the effect it would have on adam and he said to adam it would surely kill him

i don't believe either tree was in the garden to test or to tempt mankind because there is no recorded of adam ever being tempted curious or even interested in the tree after God warned him what would happen if he ate it

it seemed adam was quite aware of the consequences after God spoke to him about it and that is WHY the serpent had to appear and use deception to trick eve into eating from the tree because he knew they weren't interested in eating from it as well

but what is interesting is the strategy the enemy used

he never went to adam he spoke with eve first and used the commandment that God had spoken to adam and then he said they would not die but become like gods knowing right and wrong

so that indicates that the tree of knowledge is symbolic off Gods awareness of right and wrong

but we read eves response how she saw it was good for food pleasant to the eyes and make could make one wise or knowledgeable and she did eat

but guess what nothing happened to adam or eve and nothing changed in the garden of eden

i wonder why?

where was adam when all this was happening he was right there watching it all and when nothing happened to eve, the bible says she gave to adam and he did eat

it was only after adam ate that BOTH there eyes were open because eve was given to adam as his helper and they were husband and wife and adam was responsible for eve and had dominion over her that's why nothing happened when eve ate the fruit

the enemy knew this and used eve to deceive adam

when God said they would surely die the fruit gave them knowledge of right and wrong and this transgression meant there bodies were now subject to sinful natures sickness and death which i believe is passed on from parent to child through our genes at procreation which is the reason why we need to be born again

however we are held accountable for our sins when we come of age and know what is right and wrong

just my view

Peace

Hello my good friend ugmug. I really liked what you have presented here. I love it when I can go back in time and remember a fresh some of the biblical truths of the early movements of our Federal Head Adam. As you have presented the foreknowledge of our mighty God (Elohim), in allowing Adam to partake of that tree of knowledge, I might, if you will, suggest one thought. You said....

God would then have to expel man from the Garden, to leave his presence in man in order for man to verify the authenticity of his son Jesus Christ as God when Christ would be born a man and become our salvation on the cross.

Here's my thinking, and please I'm not saying that you are wrong, I'm just tweaking your thoughts a little. God the Father knew in advance that His Son would not accept Christ's authenticity until He called His Disciples, and then it's a little vague as to their true knowledge. BUT when Pentecost happened, and the Holy Spirit came and indwelt those now Apostles, there was no doubt.
