L. Ron Hubbard was one of the greatest science fiction writers ever.
One day he decided to change from science fiction to the science of non fiction with his book Dianetics.
He went from science fiction writer to writing a book on the science of Mental Health.
It is a religion.
And people believe it.
What they don't realize is that Dianetics is L. Ron Hubbards' greatest science fiction work of all, because people believe it is true.
Yes, he could very well be the greatest science fiction writer of all time.

I had to google "Dianetics", sounds like mind of matter?
If he's able to get people to believe in his religion, he's must be a heck of a sci-fi writer.

scientology is over, they only have economically enslaved families and celebrities now since no new recruits are coming because of what anonymous did.

mormonism is where it's at, they are still going strong.

Scientology was never really successfull in Germany because they were target of criticsm by defectors, victims, journalists and even by gouvernment authorities, decades before Anonymous and the internet existed.

I can't make up my mind if he's a KOOK and believes his own stuff, or just a charlatan, a creep, living well off the gullibility of new age believers

Quotin Mr Hubbard himself:
"Writing for a penny a word is ridiculous. If a man really wanted to make a million dollars, the best way to do it would be start his own religion."

So I guess he's a greedy charlatan playing on people's gullibility.
