The 70th Week of Daniel is a seven year period which begins with the confirmation of a covenant and ends with the advent of Christ and the start of the Millennial rule of Christ. This seven year period can further be divided into four smaller periods of time. These four periods are outlined by Christ in Matthew 24:

1. The Beginning of Birth Pains (The first 3 ½ years) Matt24:1-14
2. The Great Tribulation (The second 3½ years) Matt 24:15-28
3. The Wonders in the Heavens Matt 24:29
4. The Day of the Lord Matt 24:30,31

The Seven Seals / Chart 2/ The First Seal / The Anti-Christ

With the opening of the first seal we are introduced to a rider on a white horse.

Revelation 6: 1 I watched as the Lamb opened the first of the seven seals. Then I heard one of the four living creatures say in a voice like thunder, “Come!†2 I looked, and there before me was a white horse! Its rider held a bow, and he was given a crown, and he rode out as a conqueror bent on conquest.

This rider represents the Anti-Christ, in possession of a bow, attempting to imitate Christ which rides a white horse but with a sword coming from His mouth.

Revelation 6:3 When the Lamb opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, “Come!†4 Then another horse came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make people kill each other. To him was given a large sword.

The rider on the black horse is represents famine.

Revelation 6: 5When the Lamb opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, “Come!†I looked, and there before me was a black horse! Its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand. 6 Then I heard what sounded like a voice among the four living creatures, saying, “Two pounds of wheat for a day’s wages, and six pounds of barley for a day’s wages, and do not damage the oil and the wine!

The Seven Seals / Chart 5/ The Fourth Seal / Death

The rider on the pale horse represents death.

Revelation 6: 7 When the Lamb opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature say, “Come!†8 I looked, and there before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him. They were given power over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword, famine and plague, and by the wild beasts of the earth.

The first four seals occur in period one (the beginning of birthpains) of the "final seven years."

You missed something: the CONTEXT of the first seal. Does the context show the timing? Of course it does.

Rev 5
6 And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.

This was John seeing in a vision the very moment Jesus ascended into the throne room. If you look, you will see He was NOT THERE when John first saw into the throne room. He ascended first right after telling Mary not to hold onto Him for He had not yet ascended. As soon as Mary was gone HE ascended, and John got to see the moment He arrived in heaven.

So the timing here is about 32 AD. He went immediately to get the scroll and start breaking the seals. There is no hint of a break until the 5th seal, the martyrs of the church age. So these seals were broken about 32 AD. The first seals represents the church, sent out to make disciples of all nations. The next three are the feeble attempts of Satan to stop the church. He lost.

We are not between the 5th and 6th seal, waiting on the 6th. You will see the church in heaven around the throne in chapter 7, before John ever opens the 70th week. So John shows us a 100% pretrib rapture of the church.
