Alright I have just a few questions about them.


1. Can you remember them all without looking them up?

2. Is it considered lying if you honestly don't believe that you are telling a lie? Example; "Did you have cookies after lunch yesterday?" "No." Even though you really did you just didn't remember that you did. Now chances are in this case you would remember but it was the best example that I could come up with because sometimes my brain just doesn't remember something that happened weeks ago or something.


3. Can you commit adultery without being married?


Sorry if some of these questions were already asked but if they were and I saw them I honestly didn't remember it.

Not sure if this is in order but this is what I believe they are.

Have no other gods.
No idols.
Don't use God's name in vain or disrespectfully.
Keep the Sabbath.
Honor your parents.
Don't commit adultery.
Don't steal.
Don't murder.
Don't give false testimony.
Don't covet.

Making a false statement due to memory loss doesn't seem like it would be a lie however I believe upon remembering the truth, one should come clean for at that point it is a lie.

Yes, we can commit adultery even if we're not married. Adultery by current definition is sexual relations between a married person and another person that is not their spouse and this would include non-married persons.

As Jesus expanded on the 10 commandments in Matthew 5, when He addressed adultery He said, “You have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart." v27-28 NKJV

He didn't say whoever that is married but just whoever. Was a married person implied? I don't know but the Bible speaks much against sexual immorality, sexual impurity, fornication, and so forth. For this reason, it is my belief that sexual activity outside of marriage is sin.

Is it considered lying if you honestly don't believe that you are telling a lie?

NO. A lie is intentional.
However. You are responsible for what you believe. So if you believe a lie and someone shows you very clearly that it is, in fact, a lie but you still repeat it, then you have become a liar by repeating what you have been shown to be a lie.

Can you commit adultery without being married?

Yes. Have sex with someone else's spouse and you are adulterers.
Have sex when neither of you are married and you are fornicators.

I have commited adultery and I wasn't married, so yes, you can have sex, with a married person and commit that sin.i let that other organ think for me. 20 years old, brain doesn't work that well at that age. back does.
