She has 2 speeds.. slow & stop when were trail riding we always bring up the rear. But for some reason if were trail blazing ( riding off the beated path) she loves that! My guess is because nothing spooks her. We can cross creeks head down or up imbankments no problem. Once a Rat snake crossed our path, every horse there reared except Peanut she just kept chugging along LOL ;)
