How long are you on the internet each day? Is the internet your second home?

14+ hours per day

Connected 24 hours a day, 7 days of the week

Usually I'm connected only when I'm at work and that is a 12 hour shift. When I'm at home, I try to stay away from it if possible. Unless I connect to see what going on with this forum....

I am on all day though not always sitting at the computer. I tend to run around and do chores, come back and check email, post, shop a little, do more chores, etc...

I've got the internet connection on all day at work too. I'll check the mail and about 4 different sites real quick (about 5 min. worth) and then 'nibble and snack' on it all day--a minute here, a minute there--mostly bulletin boards and stuff that I know will be refreshed with new posts and stuff. And my wife watches her soap every night after we eat dinner--I'll keep one ear on the TV and one on our laptop in the living room and we talk and goof on the characters in the show.

During college hoops season on weekends I tend to surf a little more--love to read about my team/conference.

I'm on from 1 to 5 hours. I like that range. I'm usually on about 2 hours now that I don't have soccer. When I had soccer I was on for about 10 minutes. Over the summer I was on like 4 hours. I love computers and I'm really good at using them.

Usually....

About six hours. Right before school for like two hours then another four when I get home. The weekend is a diffrent story lol!

im on alot, i play HL plat counterstrike, awesome game, and I also try to talk to athiests and prove them wrong, its amazing how some believe that the earth was created by a rock blowing up. Everyone knows the mathematical odds are impossible. But there's always stubborn people

On work days I spend about 8 hours a day on the computer at work and then about 2 or 3 hours at home. On weekends I spend... Well... Let's just leave it at that. I spend weekends. I think I have to go join netaholicsanonymous.com.

I dont know where are you now but think about that 10yrs after your thread, everything is attached to computers. Over billion people carry a computer on their pocket (smart phone). Weird. I want go back to the time when this thread was created..

From the time I get up till I go to bed at night mixing chores and studying the word of God in between. I don't work anymore so it gives me something to do. Same in the summer except weekends when we are at our camp.

TOG wins the thread necromancy of the week award.

This is thread is more than 10 years old, oh my.
In 2003 it would have been like 4 hours a day. Then there was a time I was really addicted to online games and spent 12 hours every day online. Now I am too busy with real life and a computer-less outdoor job, so some days I don't even spend an hour on the internet. Although I like being around you guys I rather like real life experiences, so I'm really happy that way an dread the day when I have to do some office job again.
