Guys, this is NOT an anti-Muslim thread. We are not called to be anti-anyone because in order to be anti you need to be bigoted, hate filled and narrow minded. Peter was reprimanded in a vision for that attitude Acts 10 v 1:11.

I believe that Muslims and Christians worship the same God, we both trace our ancestry back to Abraham. We took the Jacob route; they took the wrong Esau route. Malachi 1 v 2:3 They failed to embrace Jesus as God's son by listening to the false prophet Mohammed. We need to reach out in love to Muslims and try to draw them into the gospel, praying for them and explaining the vast differences between the teachings of Jesus and Mohammed. I like Kiwidan's posts, he has quite an insight into the Muslim faith. However I believe that anti-Muslim rants drive wedges between us rather than reaching out to them.

I have to say that if you look over some of the preceding posts you'd be forgiven for thinking that people in here hate Muslims more than they love their sisters. I'm urging and begging that we pray steadfastly for our sisters who suffer in unbelievable situations that we couldn't begin to imagine. Here's another one.

Exposing the false prophet Mohamud and his false Islam has nothing to do with a dislike for muslims.

The muslims I have met I have liked as individuals.

Ok, now we can get back to topic.

You do not seem to understand... Islam teaches that muhammad is the greatest example that all muslims should emulate.. Because muhammad married a girl and had sexual relations with her then in islam it is acceptable to also marry 9 year old girls...

In islam pedophilia is honored as being good..

Christianity does not approve of pedophilia..
You are correct I am very ignorant to Islam thank you for correcting me.

I'm just saying that I think that there are good people of all faiths that are misled sometimes.

I know christians that follow a christian Bible that tells them to have sex with their own children.

If you believe this then you do not know God...
Really? Why is that?

Because I'm not close minded and prejudice?

You are probably of the faith that believes that people need to be tortured and murdered and forced into believing in God.

I don't believe that.... neither does He.

If you believe this then you do not know God...
Please DO NOT ever ever ever communicate with me directly DO NOT answer any of my posts or questions.

If we are on someones thread at the same time that is fine but we don't have to communicate directly EVER.

I'm just trying to avert negativity, thank you for your cooperation have a great day!

I despair at such selfishness. I post about our sisters getting gang raped, abducted, forced to convert and forcibly married - NOTHING. Some random guy doubts your faith - OUTRAGE !!!

Please DO NOT ever ever ever communicate with me directly DO NOT answer any of my posts or questions.

What did Jesus think about everyone knows God but just by different names.

John 8:19-20

According to Jesus own words not even the most religious knew God because they didnt know Him.

What about other scripture

1 John 2:23

Your mind should be guarded by the Holy Spirit... Your open mind is open to the attacks of false doctrines.. You have been indoctrinated to believe that being ""opened minded"" is some kind of virtuous thing,, and that people who are ""opened minded "" are supiritual superiors over those who have guarded minds.. How wrong you are..

By your own false projection of an evil motivation in me.. """You are probably of the faith that believes that people need to be tortured and murdered and forced into believing in God."""" You prove to me that you are a false accuser of the Bretheren..

You are unstable.. 3 posts in quick succession to me with this one at the end just reveals a person thrashing about having no foundation.. Which is not surprising since you are open minded,, thus you are accepting of everything..

People who are accepting of everything will stand for nothing.. I encourage you to read and believe the Word of God.. You need a solid foundation on which you can stand.. Without that your just driftwood ..

You mistake hatred for islam for hatred for muslims.. We are to hate what is evil and love what is Good... Islam is evil and thus it should be hated by all Christians.. muslims are decieved by islam and we should hope that they escape from such a demonic perversion...

Muslims do not woirship the God of Christianity.. The Word of God. Our LORD Jesus Christ died on the cross to obtain atonement for our sins.. Islam declares that jesus never died on the cross.. So no we do Not worship the same God.. islam declares Christianity to be blasphemy.. So in no way are we praying to the same God..

The page formatting is a bit rough but let it not distract you from the content. This is an ever present danger that our poor dear sisters living in Muslim majority countries learn to live with. Please, please, PLEASE pray for all our sisters safety, this poor kid's recovery from her ordeal and if you’re moved think about maybe donating. Thank you so much

SHAME ON ALL OF YOU! I question, even doubt the depth of the faith of pretty much everyone in here. I post about the absolutely desperate and dire situations our poor sisters face daily, urging us all to pray fervently just as the disciples prayed for Peter, Acts 12 v 5, NOTHING! Just a load of bilious anti-Islam/Muslim rants. What purpose do these rants serve?

Why am I questioning your faith?
“A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” John‬ ‭13:34-35‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Where is that love? It’s not in here. I’m praying for my sisters and I’m also praying that the Holy Spirit will convict you of the paucity of your love for your brothers, sisters and ultimately God himself.

Andy, many of us know how Christians are treated, especially in islamic nations as the worlds medias stay silent.

Sick, disturbing things happen constantly and we cannot do anything about the situation and what has been done. But we do care and we do pray.

The only way to beat it is to expose it.

Hi Kiwidan. I'm not having a go at you, I like reading your posts, they're very informative about the Qur'an and the Islamic religion.

However my concern is that this forum and the wider church are losing sight of what's important and instead they're getting distracted and drawn into a racist, hateful Islamophobic agenda. That's not what we're about. I've said before that we shouldn't be anti anything, we should instead reach out.
“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? Matthew 5:43‭-‬46 NKJV

You underestimate what we can do. We can reach out to our persecuted brothers and sisters (and not just in Islamic countries) constantly praying for them both for protection and comfort. We can lobby our politicians to take action and make representation on behalf of our brothers and sisters. We can write very respectful letters to their country's embassy pleading their case. We can stand up in church and share what's going on and what's happening to our brothers and sisters asking for prayer. We can donate and give to organisations such as
https://barnabasfund.org
https://www.opendoorsuk.org
http://www.csw.org.uk/home.htm
And there are more I'm sure.

Ranting in here isn't very helpful

Andy I can't even imagine what you or your sister are going through. My prayers are with you both, and from today I will remember to pray for all Christians who are in danger. May the Lord give guidance, peace and comfort to you both.
