Has anyone had a total knee replacement lately? I would like to know what it was like. My wife might need one, but they say they can do them now days (if you are healthy) on an out patient surgery. Just like some input.
Thanks

I had one done. A good friend also had one done. Both of us would NEVER have had it done if we had known an amazing fix we now know about. He has even invested $10,000 with the man who introduced us to this near-miracle.

And, I mean this with all my heart!

Hi Willie, What is this amazing fix? My wife is 75, I hate for her to go through the pain. I'd appreciate the info.
Thanks

Here is his contact information. I think he may be overseas right now, but you can contact him with this.

Be sure to set aside PLENTY of time to talk with him if you have him call you. He will talk your ear off for at least 30 minutes. BTW, he is also 75... my friend is 69... my wife, too. I am almost 73, and my sister-in-law is 82. We all use Alan's cream, although my SIL has not had as good a result as the rest of us. (She had shoulder problems of some kind.)

Hi Willie, You recommend this product in place of knee replacement?

Very definitely! Both my friend and I still have pain in our replaced knees. It's been nine months for me, and about a year and a half for him. His doesn't seem to hurt as much as mine, but both of us agree that our non-replaced knee now hurts less than the replaced one..... and it is all from using the cream.

It is not cheap. The cream costs about $2 a day, gradually reducing in usage over the months. An $80 dollar bottle now lasts me around two months..... and it will soon drop to about one bottle every three months. (less than $1 a day)

Had mine done AUG 3 2017,,,, it is not a magic surgery i am 71 and active.. she will need physical therapy after the surgery .. IF i had it to do over i would start with Physical therapy and try an avoid the surgery ...

I've had both knees replaced and both hips replaced. First knee done in 2003 when I was 49 and the second one done in 2007 at 53.
First hip replaced in 2014 at 60, the other hip in 2017 at 63.

All mine were bone on bone so don't think the topical cream would have worked. All in all I have done pretty well with all the replacements. I have some problems with my knees as I can't kneel on them, but some people can and when its damp out or cold it seems to bother the metal parts as I do get stiff at times especially if I sit to long. It is different for each one that has it done. My problem is my one leg is now a little shorter than the other because of the different types of replacements that were used as I had two different doctors. It makes it hard to walk any distance and I have to keep a small pad in the one shoe and it helps. Even since 2007 they have come up with better replacements.

Hip replacements are so much easier as you go home the same day if there are no complications and you stay in bed for two weeks then the only therapy is walking around the house. The doctors will explain everything involved and will answer any questions you have.

Thanks Glory.
Just make sure she writes down any questions or concerns she might have before you see the Orthopedic doctor. My one Ortho actually had a video you had to watch first before he would do the surgery. Not every doctor does that. Unfortunately he has retired and I really like him.
