Dear eddif,
You do not have a pea brain. Emmanuel said, enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few.
Your words could be inspired to reach those for whom our Lord intends them.

God's peace and mercies surround you always.
God has given me a healthy and intelligent mind. Plus a hunger for truth. This is so that when I find one answer it will generate 10 others. And after all my searching, and all the knowledge I've gained, the one thing I've learned and it's so true: The more I know, the less I understand. :/

I think that's God leading you to stay interested in this world , stay hungry, so that you seek further so as to in finding that which is to be found by God's leading, are then able to bring others along on their path by sharing your wisdom. :hug

So, you're essentially saying that you have wisdom and Trinitarians don't, correct?

Rom 1:20 For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse. (ESV)

Of course Romans 1:20 is useful for teaching, as is all of Scripture. What this verse is getting at is, firstly, that an eternal power exists, and secondly, that this power is a divine intelligent agent. Of course there is more that follows from that, but it is about God's divine attributes, such as his omniscience and goodness, not his triune nature.
Consider the sun of creation:
Plasma
Gases
Nuclear fission and fusion
The Father is a spirit and source
The stars sing - he speaks

The moon passes on the light of the sun.
We actually see the energy of the sun on the moon, and that energy lights our nights. Jesus gave credit to the father.

The light illuminates. The Holy Spirit inside us convinces us of sin, righteousness and judgement.

John 16:8 KJV
And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:

3 major things in our solar system.

Remove them and we perish. Each day we have hidden reminders of what the Godhead is like. In symbol form, but still revealing his nature.

I Will give this a rest.

Speak the truth, even to the winds, because God is a spirit. Never be intimidated from speaking by any that would wish it so. They're not able to understand nor ready. All is as Father plans.

Where precisely is that stated in UberMink's post that you quoted so as to form the question?

This could help clear a lot of fog on this topic, Trinity, by revealing its history.

1.The first defence of the doctrine of the Trinity was in the early 3rd century by the early church father Tertullian. He explicitly defined the Trinity as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit and defended his theology against "Praxeas", though he noted that the majority of the believers in his day found issue with his doctrine. There is a very one-sided conversation behind the question. It wasn't directed at you, so don't worry about it.

That last article is highly biased and misleading. Even their page Preaching the Gospel doesn't even define what the gospel is nor even a mention of why the gospel is needed. Even on other pages that mention the Gospel, there is no mention of sin, no mention of man's fallenness. Look at what they skip over:

"We also take seriously Jesus’ command to “go therefore and make disciples [students of Christ’s teachings] of all the nations, baptizing them … [and] teaching them to observe all things I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:19-20)."

They completely skipped "in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit." Very sketchy and quite possibly not a Christian church.

A quote from Bill Maher explaining the Trinity:
Alright son, I'm sending you on a suicide mission but don't worry, you won't really die because you are me! So now the Holy Spirit, I mean me, will go down to impregnate a virgin girl to give birth to you, I mean me!
That would be Oneness/Modalism, not Trinitarianism.

:lol No one here is worried.

That entire criticism is unfounded by the facts of the article that any one of us can read for ourselves.
As I recall it isn't permitted to impart a slur against a public person or entity and claim they are not what they state they are; Christian.

It is not a slur to state the facts.
Fact: The Oneness Pentecostal Church rejects the Trinity and teaches Modalism.
Fact: Modalism is not historic or orthodox Christianity but, rather, a heresy which was specifically rejected by the Church as false teaching.

But, if people were condemned to hell because they couldn't figure God out then all of mankind would be condemned to hell.

Thank you for that.
The criticism is also inaccurate per the fact of the written article itself. Particularly as pertains to reference to Father, Son, Holy Spirit.
Indicative of not having read the article itself. I would then hope anyone who would participate in this discussion would do it the honor and show the OP author respect. Being fully informed of what is being offered and discussed before offering something indicative of having not read the materials here.
