We all fit into the scriptures if one has the ability to see. Every time you find a site that I am in what do you do. You try to stir them up and get them to band together with you.

Acts 21:27-28
27 And when the seven days were almost ended, the Jews from Asia, seeing him in the temple, stirred up the whole crowd and laid hands on him,
28 crying out, "Men of Israel, help! This is the man who teaches all men everywhere against the people, the law, and this place; and furthermore he also brought Greeks into the temple and has defiled this holy place."
(NKJ)

Why would you say that? I have always been very happy with the Lord.

squeaky,

Your posts show otherwise. Your posts exalt Squeaky not the Lord. The Lord you reject in your posts.

awisher I think you have proven over and over that you dont have the Lord in the Word of God. Because you dont obey the Word. And your interpretation of the verses is wierd.
Please let me show you. Now what does these verses say?

1 Cor 8:6
6 yet for us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we for Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and through whom we live.
(NKJ)

Eph 4:6
6 one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
(NKJ)

squeaky,

They say Jesus is God. Just like all the rest of the verses.

Titus 2:13
while we wait for the blessed hope–the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ...

Romans 9:5
of whom are the fathers and from whom, according to the flesh, Christ came, who is over all, the eternally blessed God. Amen.

John 20:28
And Thomas answered and said unto him (Jesus), My LORD and my God.

Isaiah 9:6
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

John 1:1-3,
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made....

Acts 20:28
"Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood"

Philippians 2:5
"Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men.

II Peter 1:1
"Simon Peter, a bondservant and apostle of Jesus Christ, to those who have obtained like precious faith with us by the righteousness of our God and Saviour Jesus Christ" (II Peter 1:1, NKJV).

I Timothy 3:16
"And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen by angels, preached among the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up in glory" (I Timothy 3:16, NKJV).

Hebrews 1:8-9
"But to the Son He says: 'Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your Kingdom. You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness; Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You with the oil of gladness more than Your companions" (Hebrews 1:8-9, NKJV; cf., Psalm 45:6-7).

Think that one over!? If you go back over this material, there are a lot of good BIBLE TRUTH FOR use on other forums. It does not take a rocket scientist to see the differance of some posts!

Then ask yourself what you would have done with satan when he rebelled? Would you have zapped him? Is he not the bottom line cause of these 100,000 + deaths seen in the 'present' newscast even?

What do we R-E-A-L-L-Y think this LIBERTY of the Godhead is worth???? (dime ministeries??)

Are we really going to have to go back over this to show how you pervert the scriptures. None of them say that Jesus is God. Accept for this one. Ro 9
And what did Paul say that he had great sorrow and continual grief in his heart over those who believe that Jesus is God. Those are the ones that worship in the flesh and they are not the children of God.

Rom 9:1-8

1 I tell the truth in Christ, I am not lying, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Spirit,
2 that I have great sorrow and continual grief in my heart.
3 For I could wish that I myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my countrymen according to the flesh,
4 who are Israelites, to whom pertain the adoption, the glory, the covenants, the giving of the law, the service of God, and the promises;
5 of whom are the fathers and from whom, according to the flesh, Christ came, who is over all, the eternally blessed God. Amen.
6 But it is not that the word of God has taken no effect. For they are not all Israel who are of Israel,
7 nor are they all children because they are the seed of Abraham; but, "In Isaac your seed shall be called."
8 That is, those who are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God; but the children of the promise are counted as the seed.

OK Squeaks: Let go back over another avenue of God is Love, OK? Lets see the World flood setting in todays light. You profess God at least right?

Here is a post that might break down your 'hobby horse' of over & over posting about Christ not being God?? This is from another site & brings in the question of many God believers only perhaps? This is being posted for professed Christians as well Squeaks!

QUOTE

AIDS

Unless rich nations step up their efforts to curb AIDS, the U.N. estimates that the disease will kill 70 million people over the next 20 years. 95% of all people with AIDS or HIV live in developing nations, with the countries of sub-Saharan Africa particularly hard-hit. An estimated 13.2 million children under age 15 have lost their mothers or both parents as a result of AIDS.

This is a trivial amount of people to die in and from their sin. The LORD has raised and prepared billions and billions for destruction and all in approximately a three and a half year period.

Zechariah 13:
8 And it shall come to pass in all the land," Says the Lord, "That two-thirds in it shall be cut off and die, But one-third shall be left in it:
9 I will bring the one-third through the fire, Will refine them as silver is refined, And test them as gold is tested. They will call on My name, And I will answer them. I will say, 'This is My people'; And each one will say, 'The Lord is my God.' "

1Co 3:13
each one's work will become clear; for the Day will declare it, because it will be revealed by fire; and the fire will test each one's work, of what sort it is.

Jeremiah 25
33 And at that day the slain of the Lord shall be from one end of the earth even to the other end of the earth. They shall not be lamented, or gathered, or buried; they shall become refuse on the ground.
34 "Wail, shepherds, and cry! Roll about in the ashes, You leaders of the flock! For the days of your slaughter and your dispersions are fulfilled; You shall fall like a precious vessel.
35 And the shepherds will have no way to flee, Nor the leaders of the flock to escape.
36 A voice of the cry of the shepherds, And a wailing of the leaders to the flock will be heard. For the Lord has plundered their pasture,
37 And the peaceful dwellings are cut down Because of the fierce anger of the Lord

In HIS LOVE

This is a trivial amount of people to die in and from their sin. The LORD has ... ?????????? :sad :crying:

Wow! Trivial??? And the Lord has ----? (and you conclude that these are dieing outside of CHRIST? all of them?? Hay friend, read Rom. 2:14-15!!

You sound very hard with that post? Even if it is truth for the end time, the seven last plagues setting, and after all probation is closed! And with it still being the true fact that God now, today, has at this present time truth 'a very large class of people' that will accept Him by these means that He could not reach any other way!! NO ONE PERSON IS Trivial TO GOD! Christ would have died for that one person!

The time/frame is the subject, is it not?? Yes, it is about over! Yet this is for us to come together as God's creation! Look at the aid that is coming to the front worldwide?!! One of the terrorist of Iraq might even wonder what is important as they see this end time trouble escalate?

Christ stated a real eternal truth in that His Grace 'IS sufficient for thee: [FOR MY STRENGTH IS MADE PERFECT IN WEAKNESS]". 2 Cor. 12:9. Some think that this 'provision' is just for the Jew perhaps? But, the whole world is sick (WEAK!) and even as it is TRUTH that there will be very few of the narrow path ones saved in comparison, this verse will be, and is truth for all class of people. Now again, there are ones that could not be reached in any other way than destruction. This is their last chance! See Jude 1:22-23! Most folk 'perhaps' come to God through fear even. That is the 'reason' of full surrender, & then comes the recreated Heart of Love.

And this will not be a one place Matt. 24 event! It is happening ALL OVER THE WORLD! People do not like to hear this, but that is what we [are seeing!]. The real problem is not that they do not want to hear of the trouble, but they do not want to know that the END OF THE WORLD IS AT THE DOOR OF THEIR LIFE!

Just a real question for you & me is? We Love our Master? We have family (I do) who have real seed sown. Lets just say that we, you or I die in a violent death even here in the good old USA. (twin towers type) And we are botched up, butchered, or whatever?? And that the kids or family might only be needing this sight, or sorrow of emotion, (to be pushed over the edge) as Saul (Paul) was told that he was doing in Acts chapter 8 & 9, that of 'kicking against the <><pricks'' (Holy Ghost conviction) and that it was he that was bringing all of this 'killing' on Christ's people, literally he himself was the cause!

(side thought: Paul was not Born Again, but confessed to believe in God, then we see Jonah KNOWING what was the cause of CALAMITY! Jonah 1:12, check Luke 12:47-48)

Anyway: Would we, you or I still ask God for.. "Thy will be done" in our daily prayers? if we knew that this was to be our fate?? In other words, who do we love the most, our kids or ourself?

Elijah after one has gone through the milk and the meat there remains only one truth. Its got tobe a verse and it has to come from the Holy Spirit.

John 17:17

Hi again, 'well'.. and like my wife always says to me when I say that.. 'that, that is for shallow minded people!' :fadein: Anyway, I thought that we had agreed that it is not Strongs or any Ph.D'isms 'arm of flesh' that was to be used by us, to make up of our hermeneutics, but Matt. 4:4 & 2 Tim. 3:16 totality?? :sad

Still: Even with a contract thought. It is OK if one see's it in the Eternal setting! (Covenant) Hebrews. 13:20. In the 'Everlasting' Agreement, Covenant, contract, pledge between two parties at least concept. Gods Truth can be seen in only this way! First the eternal Covenant that He wrote! Isaiah 8:20. So we might agree that God cannot break His contract, so it is our part that is questionable!

Then comes the Testimony part, for ones testing. (not God, but ours) That is the totality of ALL Scripture! And its purpose was seen in Isaiah 42:21. Christ came 'down' to magnify the COVENANT AND MAKE IT HONORABLE.

OK: Now what? Gen. 1?? Genesis 3:15's Eternal Lamb's Everlasting Gospel Plan? The Doctrine of Christ! 2 John 1:7-11

Me again: The Doctrine of Christ is ETERNAL! The Plan came forth when it was needed, yet, it is still also ETERNAL EVERLASTING GOSPEL! Without ALL the Word of God you have no Gospel at best, as 2 John 1 teaches!! (note verse 6) This Everlasting Gospel [IS THE GOSPEL 'DOCTRINE" OF CHRIST]!

And the Doctrine of GOD??? Where in the world do you think that came from if not in the O.T.??????? There were even angels that came close to following Lucifer, who changed their mind & that were to be saved by faith! (see Matthew 25:1-2 & Revelation 12:4's difference! How do you think that this came about if not by FAITH in the future plan) --Elijah

Elijah do you want to see how many verses you are rejecting for your theory? Here is a revelation on the old testament from the Holy Spirit.

ABOUT THE OLD TESTAMENT
FROM THE NEW TESTAMENT
Heb 8:13
13 In that He says, "A new covenant," He has made the first obsolete. Now what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.
2 Cor 3:14-15
14 But their minds were blinded. For until this day the same veil remains unlifted in the reading of the Old Testament, because the veil is taken away in Christ.
15 But even to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart.
Gal 2:21
21 "I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died in vain."
John 10:8-9
8 "All who ever came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them.
9 "I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.
1 Cor 10:1-12
1 Moreover, brethren, I do not want you to be unaware that all our fathers were under the cloud, all passed through the sea,
2 all were baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea,
3 all ate the same spiritual food,
4 and all drank the same spiritual drink. For they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them, and that Rock was Christ.
5 But with most of them God was not well pleased, for their bodies were scattered in the wilderness.
6 Now these things became our examples, to the intent that we should not lust after evil things as they also lusted.
7 And do not become idolaters as were some of them. As it is written, "The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play."
8 Nor let us commit sexual immorality, as some of them did, and in one day twenty-three thousand fell;
9 nor let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed by serpents;
10 nor complain, as some of them also complained, and were destroyed by the destroyer.
11 Now all these things happened to them as examples, and they were written for our admonition, on whom the ends of the ages have come.
12 Therefore let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall.
Rom 13:8
8 Owe no one anything except to love one another, for he who loves another has fulfilled the law.
John 6:63
63 "It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.
John 4:23-24
23 "But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.
24 "God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth."
John 17:17
17 "Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.
John 3:34
34 "For He whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God does not give the Spirit by measure.
John 3:33
33 "He who has received His testimony has certified that God is true.
John 3:35-36
35 "The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into His hand.
36 "He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him."
Rom 8:1-2
1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.
Rom 8:3-8
3 For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh,
4 that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.
5 For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.
6 For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be.
8 So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.
John 14:26
26 "But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.
Gal 2:19-21
19 "For I through the law died to the law that I might live to God.
20 "I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
21 "I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died in vain."
Gal 3:24-25
24 Therefore the law was our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
25 But after faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor.
Gal 5:1-5
1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.
2 Indeed I, Paul, say to you that if you become circumcised, Christ will profit you nothing.
3 And I testify again to every man who becomes circumcised that he is a debtor to keep the whole law.
4 You have become estranged from Christ, you who attempt to be justified by law; you have fallen from grace.
5 For we through the Spirit eagerly wait for the hope of righteousness by faith.
Gal 4:21
21 Tell me, you who desire to be under the law, do you not hear the law?
Rom 7:4-6
4 Therefore, my brethren, you also have become dead to the law through the body of Christ, that you may be married to another-- to Him who was raised from the dead, that we should bear fruit to God.
5 For when we were in the flesh, the sinful passions which were aroused by the law were at work in our members to bear fruit to death.
6 But now we have been delivered from the law, having died to what we were held by, so that we should serve in the newness of the Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter.
Rom 13:10
10 Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.
1 Pet 2:19-21
19 For this is commendable, if because of conscience toward God one endures grief, suffering wrongfully.
20 For what credit is it if, when you are beaten for your faults, you take it patiently? But when you do good and suffer, if you take it patiently, this is commendable before God.
21 For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that you should follow His steps:
II Jn 1:9-11
9 Whoever transgresses and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. He who abides in the doctrine of Christ has both the Father and the Son.
10 If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, do not receive him into your house nor greet him;
11 for he who greets him shares in his evil deeds.
John 1:17
17 For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

xxx Jesus wants everyone who is going to be a christian to understand that the new covenant(testament) is just that new. That you cant go back and keep any part of the old testament that Jesus hasnt brought over to the new testament. Jesus new what to bring over man doesnt. But the old testament has to be obsolete to you in order for you to get the fullness of the new testament. 11John 1-9 is very specific if you dont abide(live) in the new testament you dont have the real God. There IS a veil over the old testament that remains to THIS day.

Hi again, here is an old post to my friend Victor from another 'sharp' student, that I will repost! ---Elijah

Hi Vic, glad your still with us.

Lets look at this with a little more scriptures.

Luke 10:25-27
25 And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? 26 He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou? 27 And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbor as thyself.

Matthew 22:36-40
36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law? 37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. 40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Mark 12:28-31
28 And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first commandment of all? 29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: 30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. 31 And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

These commandment were known and read.
So then why does it say in another place it’s a new commandment?

John 13:34-35
34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. 35 By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

1 John 2:7-8
7 Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning. 8 Again, a new commandment I write unto you, which thing is true in him and in you: because the darkness is past, and the true light now shineth.

2 John 5-6
5 And now I beseech thee, lady, not as though I wrote a new commandment unto thee, but that which we had from the beginning, that we love one another. 6 And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.

Answer: Because the natural man ( old man ) does not understand spiritual things.
When the Spirit of God reveal the true meaning of the law to us , it becomes new to our understanding, but the trueth was always held in the law, for the law is spiritual.

John explains this when he wrote “Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning.â€Â
Then he explains why the old commandment becomes new “because the darkness is past, and the true light now shineth.â€Â

The commandments then have been written in our hearts.

I ‘ll repeat this

Brother it’s the same law, its just how we apprehend the law, for the old man its death, for the new man it’s the law of the Spirit of life in Christ.

When we are in Christ all things become new
