I don't watch contemporary TV because it's garbage. I do enjoy old movies like Charlie Chan, The Thin Man, Sherlock Holms, etc. They are entertaining and clean with no porn, no foul language with good stories.

If I had TV stations, I don't think I would bet much into anything mentioned above. I would probably watch the Discovery Chanel.

As it is, I haven't had any stations in nearly 11 years and I am happly with that. If I have ever happened to see any of the most talked about shows, it was only because I was at someone's house while they were watching it. I know a couple I saw that were so popular I thought were garbage and can't believe Christians like them so much. :roll:

I will admit I am a movie buff, but at least I can watch movies in my own time and don't have to plan my life around the TV.

What a weird poll. I watch a fair amount of TV, but nothing in any of the categories listed. Just going with "other" is going to skew the results too much, since you left out some major categories such as "Sports", "Movies", "Drama", "News" and "Documentaries".

I watch sports more than anything else.

The Food Network has a show called "How to Boil Water"...I like to watch it because I fail to grasp the concept of making anything more difficult than scrambled eggs or warming up fish sticks. I'm trying to learn but just can't get everything to be ready or hot at the same time. My wife loves to cook and is very good at it though.

You should put sci-fi up there as I love the stargate frachise, and yes I remember Voyagers, the kid on that show is soliel moon frye's brother, and the time traveler( the actor) died in 1985.

Wipeout is awesome! I watched the US version and it is so fun to watch! Would anyone here go in it though? I wouldn't.
