1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, to the saints which are at Ephesus, and to the faithful in Christ Jesus:

Ephesians chapter 1 is the most Christ centered chapter in all of the Bible.
If you only had this portion of scripture you could understand everything you would need to know about what the Father is doing in all of creation.

For instance; you would know that human beings were chosen by God to only be saved by Christ in them.
You would know what the will of God was for living life.
The will of God is found numerous times in this chapter.
The will of God is not who you marry, where to live, where to work or go to school.
Those are things that are concerning for a believer but the true will of God can be found in this chapter.
I have seen Ministries practically shut down because of a flat tire or some other malady that happens, and the individual thinks they're out of the will of God.
So if you need to know the will of God look no further than the first chapter of Ephesians.
You would know the redemption and forgiveness according to the riches of his grace.
You would know that these things did not come to pass until the fullness of time.
You would understand the inheritance we have in the Saints.
You can see that none of these things are possible without revelation.
You would know that the eyes of your understanding, as spiritually inclined as you maybe, they still need to be opened.
You would see the new creation, not Christ individually, not you individually, but the two have become one New Creation, Christ - in - you.
You would see that it is far above human comprehension.
And you would see it is as the most Christ centered chapter in the Bible.

This is just a few things that can be gleaned, but these and many more can be taken from Ephesians chapter 1.

It has in it a two-fold meaning, when we talk about Christ in you, and the two having become one.
Everything in this chapter must become the center of all the believer is and does. It must become the very life and understanding of the believer.
When the believer looks at chapter 1 he should do so with the understanding that Christ is the Believers all in all.
Then the believer goes one step further and realizes that he/she is all of the things mentioned in this chapter.
When our Father looks at you He sees a non-separated Christ in a Believer and a non-separated believer in Christ.
Ephesians chapter 1 defines the new creation mentioned in 2 Cor. 5:17.
The purpose of this chapter is to glorify Christ in you.

Good reminder there Soul man. Ephesians one has been a favorite of mine for years. One reason is that it supports predestination. I've used it many times in defense of TULIP. Most of all, it supports your statements.

Hey 'ol buddy how you doing, yea just a few thoughts off the old press.

I've used it many times in defense of TULIP. Most of all, it supports your statements.

From the dark ages to this, the Tulip doctrines, had to be a glowing light.
The word will always be a lamp, a shining light for the path of life.
Would I be in total agreement now with them, probably not, but that does not negate the fact it was a God thing at the time to lead people out of a dark time.
