Yeah I know lol, I was just trying to make a joke.

I guess people think the "o" in "stove" is supposed to be an "e" -- like a typo.
Steve Bolts sounds like a real name, too :)

I suppose parents have given their kids worse names :lol

It's funny, cause I've got a scrap of stovebolts that forms a rusty 68 Camaro that each year I tell myself I'm going to get it back on the road... My Dad calls has rightly dubbed it pile of stovebolts, so the name just kinda stuck :approve

I was thinking of changing my username, but this seems like it would cause confusion. If a lot of members know me as mjjcb, and I change to something else, people wouldn't know it was me. In continuing conversations...er, debates...er, arguments, this seems like it would cause confusion.

I only used mjjcb, because these are the initials of my family. If I had known this would become an obsession, I would have put more thought into what I would choose.

I was thinking of bridging it by hyphenating it with a new name, and then eventually dropping the hyphen. But this still seems like it would still be confusing.

What would you change it to? Mike? I changed from Nick_29 to Nick, not a bit change. If you kept the same avatar and signature, it wouldn't be too bad IMO. It'll get to the point where many members will recognise your posting style anyway.

Yeah, every now and then someone wants their name changed and people always figure out who they are. I changed mine from caromurp because I was tired of being called Carol :lol

I changed mine because having my real last name in my username was a big problem. :shame

whoa, you really didn't think things out. Good that you stripped it, what with all of your illegal activity you're engage in. :lol

And you have a mask over your face, which helps. :thumb I've always wondered. It looks like the Scarecrow from the Dark Knight movie. Yes? No?

If know one else, I amuse myself. I get along with myself pretty well. :toofunny :bounceball

Okay, I'm feeling jaunty today, and I'm ready to make a huge life decision.

Is "Mike" available? I did a search for authors with that name and came up with nothing.

If so, can you make the change?

    Thanks!!!
